Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sense District

The arrival on Friday evening was not a problem at all, despite a slight delay due to traffic. So much can be done around Riggisberg. The weekend went by so fast. The weather was so perfect that we of course shared the hot tub. Also not to forget the delicious breakfast that was made with a lot of love. Those who like it quiet and hearty are in good hands with Rolf and Christine.

We were passing through Erlach and spent a night at Christophe's. The attic is super cute and matches the description perfectly. It went very well! Christophe was very nice, always available and precise to help us. Thanks again for the welcome, it was great!

Adi's accommodation is highly recommended, everything was perfect, no detail was missing on our arrival, apart from its cleanliness, which was impeccable. Adi was super nice to us.

Nothing to complain about Roland’s property. It’s surrounded by beautiful scenery in really peaceful area on the mountain. Brigitte is a very nice host. She picked us up to guide us to the property because we arrived quite late evening. The breakfast was also really nice. She served typical Swiss breakfast for me to experience the local food. I definitely would come back.

Staying with Rita and Philip was just perfect, very cozy and quiet accommodation, lovingly decorated, very clean and cozy room and bathroom, beautiful garden seating, excellent breakfast on terrace with a beautiful view. Very nice hosts. Pure relaxation. We were able to rent good bikes from them and explore the area. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The time with Johanna and her family was great. To keep the review short, they are all really nice and you always have someone to talk to or do something or not, if you want time for yourself. It felt more like visiting a friend than a foreign place.

Marc is a very friendly and open-minded host, with beautiful values. It was a pleasure to connect with him on many topics. The apartment is nice and well maintained, everything was together for a great stay. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are very friendly and treat their guests like family. The check-in time and process were very flexible, which made everything even more convenient. We were kindly offered sandwiches and hot chocolate upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back again. If you have the opportunity to experience staying with this wonderful family, we definitely recommend it!

Serene experience on a farm in a beautiful location on top of a mountain. The friendly hosts and staff made us feel right at home. The farm has a restaurant and we had cheese fondue for dinner. It was delicious. It just so happened that the hosts were celebrating their 10-year anniversary of managing the farm that weekend, and organized activities such as mule rides and an inflatable bounce house, which made our 4-year old daughter very happy. Thank you again for the great time! :-)

It was a fantastic experience! A great opportunity to get to know Bern with great value for money. Living with amazing people from every corner of the world made everything even more special. Fanny is a very open and friendly host. I felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The bread and jam were homemade and very good. If I travel to this region again, I would book this place again.

This is an amazing chalet on the upper 2 floors with a south facing balcony with amazing views. There is everything you could need in the kitchen for self catering. The shops are a few minutes walk away and so many options for walking, hiking and mountain biking. Very clean and comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about Mireille’s place. It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The bedroom was large with an extremely comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The village is in a beautiful location. There are a lot of places to walk in the area and Fribourg is very nearby and a nice day trip. But the best part was our host, Mireille. She is a delightful lady, friendly, responsive, and she made us feel right at home. The breakfast she made us each morning was amazing. Most things homemade. We hope to be able to return and spend more time there.

Beautiful room, furnished with love and very comfortable. Friendly hostess and a very fine breakfast. In summer, it's certainly even more worthwhile if you can sit outside. Close to the train station, very easily accessible!

The breakfast was particularly beautiful: lovingly prepared, with fresh products and delicious, homemade jam that you would like to take home with you. The location is wonderfully quiet, away from hustle and noise – just the place to unwind and enjoy nature. I think Ginger and Jan are the best host. I get an unforgettable memory in Switzerland because of them. The room is so cozy and comfortable that I slept so well every night. We really enjoyed our time in Bernese oberland and Maja’s place was easy to get around the places we visited. We felt right at home and welcomed with Maja and her family. The awesome breakfast was a great start to the day and the recommendations provided by Maja also helped us a lot. The place is within beautiful surrounding and meadows, the Mountain View from the window was just perfect. We are definitely staying here again when back in the region.

The location was perfect for me—right near tram stops, grocery stores, and lots of restaurants. It’s also very close to the hospital I trained at for several months, which was a huge plus for me. The hosts are some of the nicest people I’ve met. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family, yet still gave me the privacy I needed to relax. It's like staying in a home away from home. While you're living with them, you can enjoy your own space and rest without feeling crowded. One of the things I really loved was how they set up the bed and work area in different spaces. It might sound small, but having to climb a few stairs to get to my bed helped me draw a clear line between “work mode” and “rest mode.” It actually made me more productive during the day, and I slept so much better at night because of it. And the weekly cleaning with fresh sheets and towels? Such a nice touch. Honestly, I can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the hosts were!
