Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sens

Marie's house is ideal for a family and perfect for discovering Sens. It is easily accessible by foot from the train station and the city center is a 10 min walk away. Everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable and we even enjoyed the tomatoes from the garden! A house with charm and a soul, which I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. Michèle has a very nice house - spacious, stylish, comfortable, lots of amenities (including beds, toys and books for children of different ages), great view, in a good location on the river that's quiet, close to good bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and a late shop. I enjoyed using the kitchen. Parking is easy as well both on the property and on streets nearby. Perfect place to stay at for a visit to the Fontainebleau area. Michèle herself is very nice and helpful. She left very good instructions on the house and some recommendations. I appreciate the information she gave on the sleeping arrangements for children.

André is an exceptional host. Even if it wasn't on Auxerre during our stay, he heard from us every day and did everything to make our stay go as smoothly as possible . The house is pleasant and spacious, it made me think of my grandparents' house! The garden is spacious ideal for dogs not too small: my Pekinese size dog was able to jump at the gate to run the passersby... there is a large avenue in front so it can be dangerous. Everything can be done on foot! Overall good value for money... we even forgot a garment in the house that André kindly sent us back!! thank you very much André

Myriam's house is very clean and functional. Everything is well equipped for a family get together. Secure space and enclosed garden for children. Myriam is very responsive and efficient.

A true haven of peace in the countryside! The accommodation is decorated with great taste, very clean, spacious and extremely pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the calm of the place, the two large king-size beds, which were very comfortable, as well as the private jacuzzi for perfect moments of relaxation. A big thank you to Vanessa for her delicate attentions on our arrival (champagne, strawberries, cherries...). A place we recommend without so much as a second thought! 15 minutes from all shops and for EV owners, fast charging stations (320 kwh) available 4 minutes away. Thank you for your kindness.

Very practical house, Isabelle is a very responsive and caring host. The house has everything you need to cook, sleep well and enjoy the outdoors.

we were very hospitably received by the hostess, our dog was also very welcome. we had a wonderful meal and despite the language barrier, we had a nice chat with Josette and her husband. We recommend everyone to stay here once, it is a beautiful location and very welcoming host. we'd love to come back.

The place met our expectations perfectly. Located 10 minutes by car from Domaine de Séréville, we came to attend a wedding and were looking for a nearby accommodation for the night. What appealed to us was the large garden that we were able to enjoy with our dog who was traveling with us. Valerie was very accommodating regarding our arrival time and we are very grateful for it! Beautiful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped and perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Italy. Hadrien was extremely helpful in letting us in and assisting us with parking - the approach is quite narrow for our large family car, but all went smoothly thanks to Hadrien’s help. Auxerre looked beautiful - shame we couldn’t stop for longer. We will definitely hope to return next time we are doing the drive down to Italy.

We had a great time at this place, a stone's throw from the cathedral and in the heart of the pedestrian streets of Sens. The apartment is very warm, you would almost feel at home! Luna is very kind and very responsive. Highly recommend ☺️

I had a wonderful stay with this couple who created a real little paradise on their property. The garden is vast and full of charm – an ideal place to relax. I really enjoyed the table d'hôtes, a real moment of conviviality and culinary pleasure. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent – a real joy to start the day like this. The exchanges with the hosts were warm and interesting. The room is spacious and the mattress very comfortable – I slept very well there. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.
