Beautiful bright and timeless duplex, completely renovated in the heart of Nivelles, the accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large shower, double sink and toilet and a second separate toilet. Kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, hood, coffee machine, microwave and all facilities. Two composed of a 160cm boxspring bed separable into 2 singles beds and the second bedroom of a quality sofa bed. A washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

Close to the E19 & E42 highways, Brussels is 40 minutes away, Waterloo 25 minutes, Mons 15 minutes, Namur 40 minutes. In the immediate vicinity: Carnival and Mask Museum in Binche, The Royal Domain of Mariemont, the historic site of the Canal du Centre and its elevators, the Bois du Luc mining site, the Engraving Center in La Louvière, etc. Jolimont Hospital is a 5-min walk, Tivoli Hospital is 15 min away, convenient for medical staff or families of hospitalized people

My self-catering home is conveniently located. Verdant, quiet and in the immediate vicinity of the train station (30 min towards Centre de Bruxelles, 20 min towards Charleroi). A stone's throw from Waterloo Lion. A few shops including 2 Delhaize are 5 min walk away. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Parking is easy and free. The region has charming cities such as Nivelles(5 min), Waterloo( 8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!

Spend a pleasant stay in this small studio which is 24m2, very simple but comfortable accommodation. The back view is superb , the area is known for its beautiful hikes . Many tourist places nearby, the castle of Feluy, the castle of Seneffe, Nivelles and its Collegiate, the inclined plane of Ronquières, not to mention Waterloo... Nothing is far away in Belgium, Ittre is almost in the center! Brussels is about 35 km away, same for Mons, Namur 65 km,... etc.
