Perfect location in El Barco de Valdeorras. Our family of five stayed at this beautiful location in El Barco de Valdeorras. It's within walking distance to the town's main attractions and restaurants. The apartment includes everything one could need, it has plenty of space, rooms, and bathrooms. Maria Luisa is an amazing host. She was very proactive about her communications, she answered our calls when we had a questions, and was very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this incredible apartment in El Barco de Valdeorras for anyone to stay.

A 10-star accommodation. Rosa is charming, very attentive to everything and the apartment is spectacular! We felt right at home, very comfortable and full of nice touches, like a bed for the girl with stories and stuffed animals. The area is a 10, right in the center. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in the apartment of Casa do Forno for 5 days and the experience was very good. The indoor pool was very convenient since we got a lot of rain on one of the days. The location is good as a starting point to explore the Montesinho Natural Park. The check in (made in another location and mentioned in the reservation confirmation) was simple and quick. The breakfast delivered every morning was of high quality. Whenever necessary, the farm staff were helpful and attentive. The decor and furniture were a little outdated but functional.

The place is wonderful and is located in a perfect spot to be able to visit the whole of the Bierzo. Rafael and his family are very helpful and kind and are aware of everything. I recommend it 100%

Excellent choice to escape the city routine! Accessible location, with parking and useful infrastructures about 20 minutes by car. Very beautiful and welcoming historic village, calm, surrounded by nature and peace. The house exceeded expectations, being better than in the photographs, besides that it was impeccable: clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. The huge courtyard, the amazing jacuzzi, the bicycles, the hammock, the skylights, the air conditioning, the fire, the fireplace and the salamander were some of the cherries on the cake, but everything amazed us and made us feel right at home! Reception of companion animals also pleased us a lot. The hosts were impeccable: friendly, available, responsive, accessible and always ready to help or give suggestions on what to enjoy in the surroundings. Dona Paula is a very humble and caring person, who knows the history of the village and sharing it with a glow in her eyes. We hope to return one day!

I can't be more satisfied with the choice of this listing. The house is beautiful, it has a lot of details making the stay perfect. In my case I travel with two small children and there were a lot of games they could enjoy and a jacuzzi that evidently called them a lot of attention. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. I was afraid of being cold but on the contrary, if you do not turn on the pimcheta there is heating. But undoubtedly the best thing is the proximity and kindness of the owner and the person who welcomed us, Berti is a pleasure to have met him and thank you very much

We were very comfortable, the house is great, in a very good place to get to know the area, and the host was attentive to our questions and needs. As an improvement, I would put latches in the bathrooms, or at least lock the door (one could not), and leave the patio cleaner so that it could be in it. In any case, highly recommended.

This apartment was lovely! It was in a great location, had everything I needed, and Luis went above and beyond in his flexibility and communication!

The house is very nice and super well equipped, nothing is missing. The beds are very comfortable. We had firewood at all times to light the fireplace. Both Isabel and Javier are 10 stars and were always attentive and available. The village is very quiet and with some hiking trails worth checking out. It definitely deserves a second visit.

Everything was perfect, we loved our stay in this beautiful and quiet house. Manuel a 10-star host. A beautiful place to stay near the Ribeira Sacra and with its recommendations everything is much easier. Looking forward to coming back again!

The casa was absolutely perfect for our needs. A very homey, warm space, containing absolutely everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. An added bonus - the rooftop terrace! Rabal is a peaceful little village with a mix of deserted ruins and homes inhabited mostly by locals. We appreciated staying in a town that wasn't dominated by tourist rentals and we found all the locals very friendly and ready to say good morning or more. Conversations were only limited by our ability to speak no more than basic Portuguese. Both little cafes/bars, located side by side, were delightful! Both a great 'go to' for the beverage of your choice. Location, location, location! There are some lovely walks right outside the door. Recommended is a circular walk through the countryside to the Santuário de Santa Ana. Bragança is a short 15 min. drive. The circular route to Puebla de Sanabria, Spain and back through Rio de Orno is an incredibly scenic drive. Ninho do Melro II - Highly recommended!

We spent a weekend at this place and were delighted. José and Teresa were very friendly and from the minute you treated us very well. The house is just as seen in the photos, and the surroundings are spectacular. Highly recommended :)

We loved the house. Great for spending a few days with friends. The kids really enjoyed it.

Patricia has been lovely, since the time of booking she has been at our disposal and has taken care of us very close. It is located in a very quiet area with routes around. When we arrived at the house there was a lot of food out of courtesy and even Patricia did us the favor of buying ice and recommended a restaurant for dinner. On the house, it is very spacious, the beds and sofas were comfortable and all of it was clean. The pool was clean and quite spacious and in the garden there are all kinds of sofas, hammocks, lounge chairs to have a pleasant time. In short, it is a highly recommended house for a few days of disconnection and we are clear that we will repeat the experience.

It was a great experience staying in this unique place. Very calm environment, beautiful okd features and very friendly family.

Beautiful house with great facilities

A pleasure to have been in Vera's house, it is a real wonder in the middle of nature but with everything you need to be able to experience a stay without problems. My wife and I really enjoyed it there, having barbecues, listening to the nice sound of the river and bathing at the pool. My rating is very positive just to mention that the place is very secluded and it is convenient to make a purchase of food and groceries before arriving as well as accessing the place with a good vehicle as the road is a bit difficult. Thank you Vera!

Carla is the ultimate host. This is our second year in a row we have stayed at one of her properties and will not be the last. Her attention to detail is extraordinary as are her properties. Beautifully done. Peaceful location. Great pool. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay (7 people), the village is very pretty and super peaceful, the houses and equipment are excellent. A great base to explore the region, I would recommend it without hesitation!

Everything great in the house. We were a big group at the weekend and felt right at home. Javier was an exceptional host, easy to locate, he gave us directions and flexibility to get in/out. Highly recommended for a nice weekend.
