Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in S'Ena e Sa Chitta

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

The house is very good. Super equipped in the kitchen, the rooms and bathrooms are great, faithful to the photos. The balcony is the high point of the house, with a wonderful view. Near everything, we feel at home. I recommend and would return with the greatest pleasure.

We had an amazing time at Carla’s apartment in Porto Rotondo. The place is much more beautiful and bright than it looks in the pictures and the terraces are perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. Wi-fi works perfectly which is super important when you work from home so that was something that we really appreciated. Carla was always super responsive and friendly when communicating and she made our stay feel very special. The apartment is walking distance from everything in Porto Rotondo which makes it even more valuable. Thank you Carla, we hope to be back soon!!

Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus for cooling off during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

It was an amazing stay, Carmen was very proactive in the comunication, giving a lot of tips and local recomendations. The house is very comfortable and cozy, accomodating very well 4 people. The location is near to all the best places. Definitely would return. Thanks Carmen!

The house is located just 3 blocks from the main avenue. The bus that brought us from the port left us half a block away and we took the bus to the airport in the same place (half a block from the accommodation), the location is wonderful. I rented a car and was able to park every day without a problem. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is really equipped with everything you need for your stay. From a washing machine to a beach umbrella. It was very comfortable and easy to stay, Gabriela is very friendly, she was in contact with us the whole time in case we needed anything. I will definitely rent here again if I go back to Sardinia!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Particularly nice was the cozy balcony with great view! This place was the perfect spot. I spent a week here with my friend. we didn't need to go anywhere else. Ticked all the boxes the photos don't do it justice. We lived around the pool and th bbq area. total peace and privacy. You have the whole place to yourself with secured parking. venture into the orchid and pick some apricots or peaches when in season. The natural wild life are at peace here and you will see them from time to time. such a beautiful place will be back for sure. Tatiana was great and showed me what I needed to know. from bbq to the aircon. this place is a real Jem, I would recommend pull into Lidl once you leave the airport and load up with all your supplies and just relax and enjoy the Roberto place. Has everything you need to escape the busy costal areas.

a really nice house: spotless, quiet, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, wifi. No buildings around only trees and nice plants. A place where you feel great and willing to come back again.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

We had the most wonderful stay! The house is beautifully and modernly furnished, very clean, and located in a lovely area. We especially enjoyed the terrace with its stunning sea view – perfect for relaxing. Communication with Lucia was easy and smooth throughout our stay. The house is also conveniently located not far from San Pantaleo, where you’ll find several nice restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

What a fantastic , spectacular home and what an amazing host Sergio and his wife Gianna were to us throughout our stay. Home with a panoramic view of the bay of Porto Rotondo that was so beautiful . Magnificent gardens that established a serene and incredibly tranquil ambience . Sergio gave us a lot of incredible local recs to visit and explore . If you choose to explore the north eastern part of Sardinia , this is the place to be both for location and the gracious host to guide you along the way . Cannot go wrong staying here !!!!

Beautiful village house equipped with more than expected. Peaceful mountain atmosphere. Supermarkets and pizzerias in the same village. Hosts close and who made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We only stayed for one night. The space is exactly as described, in a quiet area. Excellent balance between shaded and illuminated areas, spacious and well-ordered apartment. The terrace is definitely a strong point. We had problems with the hot water but Alessandro and his mother were very responsive in solving the problem. Excellent pizzeria nearby.

Luigi welcomed us very well. The exchanges were very fluid between us. The listing is as described. Nothing to complain about. Go there with your eyes closed

Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning – it was clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described. We would particularly like to thank Marilia, who was so warm and helpful. Despite our flight delay, she patiently waited for us and welcomed us in a friendly way. When it was cold for us the first night, she immediately brought us extra blankets the next day. Even a small wifi problem was solved immediately and easily. You can feel that she really hosts with heart. We will be happy to come back!

Federica is amazing, friendly, always willing to help. Beautiful environment full of flowers, very pleasant, tastefully furnished apartment with a divine terrace and a comfortable bed. I felt right at home. Very nice and friendly attitude towards my four-legged companion. 🙂 Mile, upon arrival, had a bottle of chilled water waiting for me in the fridge. The shop was just a few steps away. Federica also recommended where to buy excellent ice cream. I highly recommend this accommodation. Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

We had two excellent days in Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, which allowed us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for discovering the region on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay!
