We stayed at Frédéric's for 3 nights. Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very clean. The terrace is really the highlight of this apartment. It is also very well located and the waterfront is very quickly accessible on foot.

I recommend this accommodation we can't find better in situation we are facing the sea and even if the weather is not nice we can enjoy the view behind the large bays, the house is very well equipped, house ideal for gathering with family or friends, bike path right in front, easy to park out of season. Very responsive and available host.

Allen is an excellent host who gave us a lot of information and tips. He's also super likeable ;-) The location with the few meters to the breathtaking beach of Soulac is amazing. You should also not miss the market hall in Soulac, which is only 10 minutes away on foot. We can recommend Soulac sur Mer, the accommodation and Allen 100%.

Very nice, excellent stay

Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL accommodation. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Located right next to a pedestrian street, it is very easy to walk from the doorstep. Responsive and flexible, Anthony and Virginie allowed us to arrive and leave at times that were favorable to us! Nothing to say, everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

the house is ideal and spacious for 8 people, it is very clean and very well equipped. the beds are comfortable. nice decoration. the outside is very pleasant, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... no negative points. we are a 10-minute walk from the beach and free parking spaces near the house. i would highly recommend.

A large quiet house for a dozen guests. The living room with pool table and foosball are a real plus. No complaints, I'll come back in summer to enjoy the pool!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Our one-night stay (stopover) on our long drive was gentle and relaxing. We were hosted very well Dominique. We were able to enjoy its beautiful garden and our kids were delighted. It's an address we'll keep. The house is very nice, it's cozy, warm and functional. The bedding is at its best. Close to the highway, I would highly recommend it.

Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

We had a great time at Stéphane's place. The house is large, quiet and surrounded by greenery: perfect for a moment of rest. The children loved the large garden, the playroom and the heated pool! I would this property.

We had a great cousin weekend!!! The house is great! Same as the photos. There is everything you need to have a good time, swimming pool, billiards, foosball, brazier... we had a great time. The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.
