Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! We had a great weekend with the family on the occasion of the Royan marathon, in this apartment with a great welcome. Everything is perfect, the location, the terrace, the decoration, the amenities, etc. A gem of an apartment that we recommend and we will not hesitate to come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Laetitia's place. The listing is located in the heart of the city, close to different shops , the market,the beach... The listing matches the description of the place. Laetitia is responsive.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Ariane's cottage is ideally located in the historic city center but quiet, close to the market, cinema and parking. An old but well-equipped home with wide, clear rooms. A great stay.

What a beautiful home and a fabulous pool , many an evening was spent around it , we were totally relaxed after our stay and would highly recommend Our hosts were really accommodating and vet helpful and at the end of a message and were quick to respond . The area was lovely with fields around and easy to travel to different locations A fabulous family holiday was had by us all

Very nice house even in winter! Lots of things available in the kitchen in particular but also boxes of tissues etc ... The decor, the atmosphere of the house and garden allow a zero stress stay

Pleasant stay in this clean, bright, peaceful and tastefully decorated accommodation! Located at the foot of the bike paths, everything is easily accessible by bike. The patio with a very well furnished and flowered terrace without any neighbors is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that was in the accommodation.
