Debbie's place was really good, it had everything we needed and more. she was always responsive. the beds were cosy, bathrooms were clean and amenities were more than we required. thank you Debbie.

Very tidy, spacious, and comfortable family home with everything you need. Plenty of off-street parking. Easy to get to from Christchurch airport. No fuss entry. Easy 5 minute walk to town centre for cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, takeout, and retail. Timely communication from host. Very enjoyable stay!

Great value with a great host. The place is just as it is in the pictures. The place is very warm and comfortable. Great backyard and perfect for a family stay. Very handy (walking distance) to Selwyn Sport Centre and also the aquatic centre.

Besides the roadworks along Halswell road and we kept missing the small turn into the property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very convenient and warm welcoming. Leigh was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place it had everything we needed for our short stay.

We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable home. The home is spacious and very well equipped. With the unseasonable weather during most of our stay we were very grateful for the efficient heating and, on 2 occasions, the wood burner. Sam communicated very well and on occasions we required assistance, she was very responsive. We would be very happy to stay in this home again and will certainly recommend it to others.

Awesome, and quiet, location in Methven with an easy walk to the hot pools and main town centre. Modern house with an electric door lock which was super handy. Great house for entertaining with an awesome outdoor patio areas to enjoy in summer months. Loved the added bonus of the home being pet friendly and being able to bring our dog with us. Super responsive and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again for another weekend in Methven.

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Emma’s house is spacious and has a good layout which is very suitable for larger groups and is well equipped. There is no central heating, only a heater in the main living area as it is a passive house. We visited in early autumn so we only felt quite cold on one of the nights but fortunately there are bed heating pads which helped alot.

Very handy to the airport, especially for early morning flights. Place heated up really quickly.

Stayed at Al & Caz's place with some friends to celebrate a birthday. The house was very homely, well kept and gave us everything we needed. The shops/cafes/bars are all a short walk away, and the hot pools are just around the corner. Would recommend this as a place to stay for relaxing, as a base to explore the local area or as a great place to come back to after a day of skiing.

Wonderful place for our short stay. Less than 5mins walk to the nearest mall for groceries shopping. Kitchen was fully equipped and provided more than what we expected. Fresh fruits, cereal, coffee..etc Love the bathroom the most as it has strong water pressure. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Perfect location to get away from the city life! It has an English feel to it, filled with lots of character! We were greeted by two very friendly dogs. I'd love to stay again in winter so I can use the huge log burner!

Forest Lodge is the perfect get away for large groups. Huge kitchen, well equipped with anything you would need to feed an army. And great, cosy lounge. We were worried the bedrooms would be cold, but by following the instructions all went well and we were all toastie… no snow for us this time, but we look forward to coming back again next year! Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.

A comfortable house in a quiet and very pleasant area. The location is perfect, with Merivale shops just 5 minutes walk, downtown 5 minutes drive, the northern motorway just minutes away, and a direct route available to the airport via Glandovey Road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! Place is located 10mins from the airport which is exactly what we need to catch an early morning flight. Also a short bus ride to the city. Some comments that the place is close to the main road, therefore could be noisy. But there was no disruption during our stay and even think of it as a plus as pavements was well lit for our walk back in the evening. Overall super responsive hosts, friendly furry friend, comfortable space and complete amenities (washer dryer is a big plus after a long road trip). Would definitely book again if we get the chance to revisit beautiful Christchurch!
