You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We spent only one night in transit in this very tastefully furnished apartment with two floors. On the upper floor, we found two bedrooms and a cozy balcony. There we were able to have breakfast in peace the next morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the sea. The homeowner Sanja was very friendly and helpful. Although our stay was short, we can highly recommend the apartment for a longer vacation.

We are all very satisfied with the communication with the host, the surroundings, the dining options and the excursion opportunities. The apartment itself is worth its money and even in winter the city offers a beautiful sight due to the extensive Christmas lighting. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our two weeks! The apartment is high quality and modernly furnished and equipped. You can cook comfortably or walk to restaurants. The terrace is private and quiet. Also on the terrace there are cozy and high-quality garden furniture that invite you to eat outside. Perfect location to discover Croatia by car. The landlady Ivana is always available and you feel very welcome. She even baked us cakes and brought us new towels during our stay.

The apartment is exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything was very clean. The view from the terrace is incredible. Vesna welcomed us and helped us bring the luggage to the apartment. However, you should be able to climb stairs well, because the path from the apartment to the parking lot from the car has about 90 steps. Thank you for the great time🙂

Richard and Helena are very kind, from the beginning the conversation with them was very smooth, they responded quickly to all my questions, and since we arrived a little before check-in, they allowed us to enter the property the same ☺️☺️☺️ The area is very quiet, perfect for vacation with children. The apartment is really very nice, new, clean, comfortable, close to the center of Criquenizza and Selce, easily accessible. The accommodation is beautiful and furnished with love of detail. We felt very comfortable right away! The terrace is also an absolute highlight. Belinda was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Very courteous and always available owners, they recommended many places to visit and typical restaurants, all really great recommendations!!Perfectly clean apartment, ours was small but comfortable with all the necessary amenities, ideal for a couple. The swimming pool with sunbeds is also excellent. Very close to the center but in a quiet area, perfect for resting without disturbance. Highly recommended!!

Room with a small and charming bathroom, very close to the center of Abbazia, in an excellent location and equipped with everything. Very kind hosts also to indicate where to leave the car. Perfect, to remember!

As mentioned in my previous review, Miki and Davorka’s place is 10/10! Grčevo, Sablićevo, and other city beaches are just a short walk away. Pećine is loaded with beautiful, intriguing architectural details, from the 19th century Austrohungarian villas that line the hills to the numerous staircases (prilazi) that descend down to the waters of Kvarner Bay (Kvarnerski zaljev). For me, the location was ideal. Beyond the great hosting, colleagues from the University of Rijeka were close, city beaches proved a indispensable respite from work, and even the nearby Joga u svakodnevnom životu facility had an excellent vegetarian restaurant and terrace. Since I overindulge in meat and could sneak of to Lovran quite easily for yet another vibe, it was a perfect fit. Don't miss this spot!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Terezija and Ivice are two wonderful hosts! From the first minute we felt comfortable here - and the delicious welcome cake wasn't even necessary for that... but we gratefully accepted it ;-) We will definitely be back!!!
