Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Selargius

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa verbracht und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich :) Es war sehr nett, dass Vanessa und Vittoria es möglich gemacht haben, dass wir, nach der langen Anfahrt, früher ins Haus konnten . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür :) Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet :) und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar. Wir haben es genossen, fernab vom Trubel die Abende auf der Terrasse zu verbringen. Durch die die Bäume und die Pflanzen im Garten herrscht ein angenehmes Klima am Haus. Der Ort ist perfekt für Ausflüge :) man kommt mit dem Auto gut an die schönsten Strände! Wir können das Haus von Vittoria und Vanessa jedem empfehlen!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

What a beautiful apartment, such a great location and so easy to walk to all of the different areas. A stunning view from the balcony with amazing sunsets, a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen with a comfortable bed and lounge. If you go to Sardinia you must book here!! So glad we found Daniele’s lovely apartment! It was the perfect place to stay in Cagliari. Inside, it was quiet and spotlessly clean, with good air conditioning. Outside, it was ideally located, conveniently close to the main streets of the city centre for eating and exploring. Daniele was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond to messages. He also shared lots of local recommendations, which we enjoyed during our stay (particularly the amazing pastry shop just up the street!). Top recommendations from us - we hope to stay again!

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Super miejsce, cudowny taras z pięknym widokiem, miejsce przestronne, wygodne, okolica rewelacyjna, łóżko wygodne, wszystko co niezbędne znajduje się w mieszkaniu, wszędzie blisko. W centralnym miejscu miasta, wiele atrakcji w okolicy. Bardzo nam się podobało!

Petit appartement dans le centre historique de Cagliari dans une rue typique, avec beaucoup de super restaurants à deux pas, dont la pizzeria familiale Cerere dans la rue parallèle, incroyable et pas chère que nous recommandons vivement.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar – jeden Abend konnten wir spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge direkt von der Terrasse aus genießen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: alles ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber Taty und Luca – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung zur Stelle. Ob Restaurants, Ausflüge oder versteckte Strände – wir haben dank ihrer Empfehlungen so viel entdeckt! Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Allerdings braucht man schon ein Mietauto, um die Gegend bestmöglich zu erkunden.

Clara and Ezio were exceptional hosts. Beautiful and clean apartment. Highly recommended — five stars!

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Een zeer mooi appartement te betreden via een binnenplaats. Heel smaakvol ingericht, alsof je in een palazzo zit. De locatie is goed te bereiken en binnen 20 minuten kun je in Cagliari komen. Dorp zelf heeft genoeg winkels en restaurants. Echt een fijne plek om de omgeving te verkennen.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!

L’appartamento di Alberto è dotato di tutto il necessario, in posizione molto comoda. Recentemente ristrutturato, a nostro avviso tra i migliori appartamenti di cui ci siamo serviti in questi anni. Inoltre, Alberto è estremamente disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa nostra. Per ogni necessità, risponde subito. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e se torneremo a Cagliari, torneremo da Alberto.

Die Wohnung war einfach großartig – sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles war perfekt sauber, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an die Gastgeberin Ksenia: Sie war super hilfsbereit, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten gegeben – einige davon haben wir ausprobiert, zum Beispiel Paddling, was wirklich ein wunderschönes Erlebnis war! Für uns war das eine der besten Unterkünfte, in der wir je waren – ruhig, komfortabel und mit echter Gastfreundschaft. Wenn wir wieder nach Sardinien reisen, möchten wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung wohnen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
