Everything was awesome. Very sweet hostel!

This room was comfy, bed was comfy, and I had a beautiful dinner at a restaurant across the street with the most beautiful sunset in the beach. The extraordinary thing though is Tony. He is so friendly and accommodating that I felt like family.

I stayed here for two nights and honestly, it was fantastic—I enjoyed every single moment! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality, especially from one of the staff members, Kadek. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From helping with laundry, arranging drivers, recommending great places to eat, organizing food delivery, and much more—he was always there with a smile and a solution. Kadek is an absolute legend and a big reason why my stay was so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service, comfort, and a genuinely warm experience. Would definitely come back!

This was our second stay to the lodge and we had such a fabulous time. The rooms were spacious and furniture to match the authentic Balinese period. The pool was clean and lovely, good size for a swim. The food was excellent, my son is such a fussy eater and found so many great choices on the menu. Love the tranquility of the place. A must go place!

Very nice and cozy place, near there are an ocean and many restaurants and spa. Kadek is wonderful host.

Perfect if you want to ger away for traffic and city madness. It is very rural and cozy and quite place. If you are into activities ask for contacts at the reception. Recommended!

The owners of the place are extremely nice and helpful. The place has a very unique and beautiful style with a stunning view from the open terrace. The breakfast was very delicious as well as the whole restaurant. The beach is a couple of minutes away. I can definitely recommend the place.

Sweet little apartment by the sea!

I had a great time at Made's, the accommodation was very spacious and you had a great view of the sea from the balcony, especially in the morning at sunrise it was fantastic. The area is super many interesting shops and good restaurants. The sea is virtually in front of the door and many diving and snorkeling providers are nearby. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Amazing host ! He organised and took us to the rice field tour, super interesting + went to the waterfall and the monkey forest :) The house itself is in the middle of rice fields, very cute view and calm ! Amazing food too ! Highly recommend it :)

Amazing homestay! The communication was perfect. We received help with organising scooters and they were very flexible regarding check in and check out. Location also great not far from the city centre. Can definitely recommend and would come back any time!

Wow, what a warm family. The parents, the children, grandparents, even the dog ... It's the friendliest, lovable and helpful hosts and Balinese we've met in Bali. We are grateful for the beautiful authentic evening together and the open exchange about Balinese life. They helped us with illness, even when we were already in the next accommodation. Nice to know: - Massages possible at home or in the spa of Kadek, the mom of the family - A beach is a 3-minute walk away, Lipah Beach is about 5 minutes away by scooter. - Great warp around the corner - Off street accommodation, no street noise and therefore idyllically quiet (in addition to the typical animal sounds in Bali such as crowing roosters and barking dogs) We miss Ketut and his family already. When we're back in Bali, we'll definitely come back. This place is a real heart recommendation! Thanks for everything!

Host was very responsive. Location was fine but some drivers not sure were it is located. Good value for price.

Villa Batu Sisi was a wonderful home for our family of five for a month. The staff (the original crew since opening in 2009), are darling. So sweet and unobtrusive. Our kids loved them too. The pool is great. It was very quiet and private. We all slept well. The garden is absolutely gorgeous, and the house had all we needed. All questions or issues were resolved promptly by the team. Would HIGHLY recommend the in-house chef!! We had Wayan and her assistant come 4 times. The kids loved helping in the kitchen, and the food was delicious. They even took us to the market to buy ingredients for our meal one week. What an experience!!! Internet and AC worked great the whole time. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Our only issue was not having much to walk to, but it was Ramadan so maybe there is usually more open???
