Holiday rentals with beach access in Sēja Municipality

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The apartment is adorable and has an amazing top-floor view of the city, which I enjoyed in the morning from the spacious balcony while having coffee. The atmosphere is relaxing and inspiring — perfect for unwinding or getting creative. The interior design is stunning and ideal for taking photos and videos. The bed was super comfortable, and the host provided everything I needed — from a hair dryer and iron to high-quality shampoo. Everything was spotlessly clean, quiet, and located in a great neighborhood. I genuinely enjoyed my stay 100% and am already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

Well equipped and lovely apartment, thank you! There are some minor inaccuracies in the listing though. There was no information to access on-premise parking, but street parking was easily available. It is a low season now, wasn’t an issue for now. The beach access is available, it takes some 7-10 minutes to get there and needs to cross a relatively busy street. But then the beach is lovely with a restaurant nearby. Overall a good experience, would visit again!

We felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment. Everything necessary was available. The beautiful beach was only a few minutes away. We particularly liked the connection to the train.

Mila's apartment was fantastic. clean, really spacious and a short walk from the beach. we have been to Jurmala a few times but this apartment made it even more special. and to top it off there is also a fantastic sauna in the apartment which was used on a regular basis. thanks Mila for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely little apartment. There was plenty of room with a family of three. We found everything we needed in the tableware. The apartment was clean and tidy. The only downside was when there were no specific instructions on which door to go inside and look for the apartment in the apartment building for a long time. But we found it in the end and everything went well.

It’s a good value, as close as you can get to Dubulti station, a short walk to the beach. It’s a quiet neighborhood and building. Very relaxing. Also close to at least two great places to eat: Dukats and Kinza House. Plenty of groceries nearby. So now we prefer Dubulti to Majori. It’s south-facing so it’s warm. The cold water in the shower is very slow, just a trickle, so it’s easy to have it too hot. But we managed to cope. Some times of day are better for a shower. The kitchen water is fine all the time. The kitchen has most of what you need, pots pans dishes etc.

The apartment is in an excellent location - 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the park (there are many active entertainment for children and adults), 5 minutes to the station. The apartment actually looks bigger than in the photos. A baby cot can be placed in the bedroom (if you bring it with you, it fits). Everything is in working condition. When we checked in, it was very clean - which is rare for Jurmala. For a short stay, everything is fine. We lived for a month and a baby was with us, so we had to cook constantly. From the mini-disadvantages for those who care: the countertop in the kitchen is a little small for full cooking; there is no ladle (but we took it with us from home); there is no knife sharpener; there is no colander (also took it with us); there is no grater (and we took it with us). There is everything for cleaning the apartment (including a vacuum cleaner). But if you're just going on vacation and don't plan to cook a lot, the apartment is just perfect! We would be happy to stay at Tina's again. The terrace is beautiful!

Cosy, clean, quiet place. There was everything for living. Very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

We had a lovely time with a family of 5 in Rihards farmhouse that has been beautifully renovated with lots of personal touches. We enjoyed the hottub and the private - but cold!- little lake in the backyard. It's the perfect spot in the middle of Latvia's beautiful nature for people who want some time away from the city. At the same time Cesis, with its shops and restaurants, is closeby.

Wonderful place! It was our first time staying here, and we had the whole house for a birthday party. We enjoyed every moment. The cosy balcony offers a scenic river view at sunrise, and the well-organised BBQ area is covered with a solid roof — perfect for any weather. The large kitchen table comfortably fit everyone. A great place overall — highly recommended! We’ll definitely book again for another weekend getaway or even a summer vacation.

This was a perfect base for our large group. Clean and simple house with every service that one can hope from a home. Possible improvement? Maybe WIFI password can be printed in on one those A4-paper instructions.

Really cool place right next to the river! The house is much bigger than it looks!

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

Beautiful and comfortable apartment and the location was perfect for our plans in Riga. Quiet neighbourhood with a great restaurant just a short walk away. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommended!

Amazingly equipped apartment (especially kitchen!) in a green and beautiful surrounding!

The apartment itself is quite nice, suitable for a couple. Apartment temperature was comfortable and it has floor heating in the bathroom. In terms of location, it feels it is a bit off from the center, but it is really around 10-15 min walk from the old town. In overall, highly recommended.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Riga. The apartment was new and clean. We appreciate that the kitchen had everything needed and was well-equipped. We used that parking was free right next to the apartment. Convenient to get to the old center - there were always scooters nearby for rent. We'd love to come back :-)

A luxury apartment in a great tranquil place.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we've had in a long time. Zane’s flat has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s newly refurbished, and everything works perfectly. I’ve never seen such a well-equipped kitchen! The gated community is absolutely beautiful, and everything is within walking distance. Parking was included, which was a great bonus since it can be hard to find a spot in this area during peak season. Zane always responded within minutes and was readily available. She’s a fantastic host, and I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Jūrmala.

Highly recommend this apartment to family or a couple. Everything was super clean, if you care about spotless environment this apartment won’t disappoint you. Everything was well thought out, things were left to keep the apartment clean as you stay. Very comfortable, beautiful and moser design. We loved it.
