All over good place, good location, good for families

Квартира очень чистая и уютная, Вид из окна просто великолепный. Все что нужно в квартире есть, смарт тв, хорошая кофе машина. Я бы с уверенностью могла рекомендовать эту квартиру для время провождения в Риге. Татьяна очень приятная и отзывчивая. Большое ей спасибо за предоставленное жилье. Я уверенна что в будущем еще не раз останемся в этой квартире.

Nachdem wir die letzten vier Tage in Städten verbracht hatten, hatten wir Sehnsucht nach ländlicher Ruhe und Weite. Genau das haben wir bei Marika und Gerry gefunden. Ein lettisches Landhaus, mitten auf der grünen Wiese mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Auch den Austausch mit den beiden haben wir genossen, was ja selbst bei Airbnb leider immer seltener der Fall ist. Für uns ist das nach wie vor ein Grund für Airbnb in Abgrenzung zu Hotels oder Bed and Breakfast. Alles in allem haben wir zwei sehr erholsame Tage gehabt, mit Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet haben. Highlights waren das Baden im Matinusee und der spontane Besuch in der KUSSH-Brauerei mit feinem Bier, Dartwerfen und Tischfussball.

The apartment was very cozy and the location was nice. It was close to the center, but not in it where all of the traffic is. The apartment had very modern interior while still keeping the historical value of Riga. It was a very enjoyable stay.

I had a really pleasant stay at Juris’s apartment! The place is cozy and has everything you need, whether you’re staying for a few days or longer (I stayed for 10 days). The location is perfect with a big mall just five minutes away, and a bus stop to the city centre just steps from the apartment. Juris is a great host. I asked for an earlier check-in, and we arranged it without any problems. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Probably the best location I’ve ever stayed at with this app. Location is amazing. I was literally minutes from just about anything I wanted to do in Old Town. Lots of food nearby. Despite being in the thick of things the unit is dead silent and extremely peaceful. The rental was gorgeous - atmospheric, historic, yet modern. Definitely highly recommended!

This apartment is a GEM. The courtyard, the entrance, the staircase are all from another era. You cross the door and you walk into a wonderful renovation. It's sutil, elegant, discreet. A tasteful haven in a soothing palette. We liked the apartment so much it was sad to leave! Congratulations Irina, you did a beautiful job. And thank you for being so responsive and friendly. I wish all stays left me with the same positive aftertaste!

appartamento superlativo e super attrezzato, pulizia impeccabile, in pieno centro e supermercato sotto casa. Ottimo parcheggio e self check in e check out semplicissimi. Se dovessi tornare sarebbe la mia prima scelta

we hebben enorm genoten van de accommodatie. Alles was super schoon en kwam precies overeen met de foto's. De host was super vriendelijk en was erg duidelijk. Zou het beslist aanbevelen!

Lovely apartment right in the old town. Very walkable to all parts of Riga. Great communication from the hosts and quick to respond is there are questions. Check in and check out were easy. We were a group of two couples so it was nice having two bedrooms that each had their own bathroom. Everything was very comfortable and definitely would recommend a stay here! ( unless you have issues with stairs because it is on the third floor)

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen stylischen Apartment rundum wohl gefühlt. Sandra als Gastgeberin war super, hat uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt, immer sofort geantwortet und das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten alles was man benötigt. Auch 2 Bäder sind ein Traum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - sogar frisches Obst, ein wenig Schokolade und Kaffee haben auf uns gewartet. Von der Wohnung kann man Riga wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden aber auch die Bushaltestelle ist gleich ums Eck. Absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Riga!!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für den letzten Abend in Lettland gebucht. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen, perfekte Lage. Schöne saubere Wohnung, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im 5 Stock, mit Koffer wird es ein wenig anstrengend aber machbar. 😊 Eine sehr ruhige Lage. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Laden, zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Empfehlenswert!

The apartment is very nice, it is clean and comfortable. The bed is excellent - I slept like a log :) The building interior is dated, but it is not an issue. Ogre is a lovely town and the district which the apartment is in is green and well kept. Ilze is responsive and friendly, although we only communicated via messages - the place has self check-in.

I moved in Arturs's place with 2 kids while my house was renovated. Arturs expected us and has shown the apartment. Place has everything you need for a short or long stay. Kitchen is well equipped and cuttlery is clean. Matress on the bed seemed too soft when you sit on it, but actually was ok for a sleep. TV had Netflix, that was great for my kids. Wifi was good. Bathroom was clean with all the different useful stuff, that I didn't use, but for those who travel, for sure it will be handy. Minor things that I didn't like were: - lots of mosquitos, that, of course, is not up to Arturs to fix :) - sponge for washing dishes ( probably my main drawback. I would expect a clean sponge that doesn't smell like curry. Especially, when I am staying with children. But probably I just have too high cleanliness standarts) In overall, great stay in a nice quiet place near the beach. Very polite and responsive host. I certainly recommend this place and would return again.

Stayed for one more night in Latvia just because of this apartment. Thank you for hosting us! :)

Alles wirklich bestens! Alles wie angegeben & den Fotos entsprechend. Die Kommunikation war sehr höflich & nett & es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Alles war sauber & schön! Jederzeit gerne wieder☺️

Prachtige woning met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt, goed internet, goede keuken en badkamer en ruim bed om in te slapen. Pal in het centrum dus alles is dichtbij. Zeker het geld waard!

The location is great! Close to a park and grocery store. The apartment is accessible from within a courtyard. The building is surprisingly quiet. We may have been the loud ones since we got two toddlers with us. The place also offers crib and potty (although we didn’t end up using them). Laundry is a plus as our kids go through so many clothes in one day. Host is responsive. There were a few things that didn’t with but it didn’t affect our experience much.

We had an amazing time in Riga and staying at Diana’s place made a huge difference. The house is very spacious and located very centrally!! Diana was very kind allowing us to check out a bit later as we were getting ready for a wedding. I would absolutely recommend Diana’s house if you want to make the most out of your time in Riga ☺️

We booked over the weekend and the apartment had everything for a wonderful stay. You can easily walk to the old town and grocery stores and restaurants are in walk distance of 3-5 minutes. Communication with the apartment owner was always very fast and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

It was a nice stay, communication was really good, the apartament was clean and spacious. Thank you. I had to return to the apartment shortly after checking out, because I have forgotten some things, there was no problem with that, the owner was understanding and helpful.
