Accessible place, although no one is there to welcome you and you don't really know if you are dealing with staff or tenants around the accommodation. A few flies when we arrived, but they left quite quickly. Everything is tidy, and as described. The walls are a little thin, but the instructions state that residents must be quiet so that compensates. It is not technically in Lisbon, but the place is strategically well placed to access it easily and has many supermarkets nearby.

This was nice spacious “feel like home “place located close to many restaurants .Although not in the center of tourist traffic( which we appreciated ,by the way),it had taken us a brisk walk or few Euros to get to the center of “tourist madness of Lisbon”. We appreciated to be able to walk to Amazem for a pizza or pasta of excellent quality without booking ,and be well treated by the friendly staff . For those , who love gourmet dining, just round the corner, there is Michelin recommended restaurant Solar dos Nunes,make sure you book in advance. For casual diners, you are next to LXfactory full of restaurants and local stores with local products of various sorts. The place is also located close to many grocery stores, which will satisfy needs of any traveller. Great stay, great experience .Thank you.

From start to finish, they made our stay unforgettable—not just with their kindness and support, but with the incredible space they’ve created. The apartment itself is in the most perfect location. Just 20 minutes by cab to Lisbon’s city center, but honestly… you might not even want to leave the area! You’re literally right at the beach—with top rated surf schools, bike rentals, beach clubs, beautiful cafés, parks, party spots, and anything else you could want all on the same road. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything is right there. And when we had a little hiccup with the key? Our hosts were there in a heartbeat to help us out, no stress at all. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every detail, every message, every interaction—top notch. Warm, responsive, and truly genuine. Iza's home is exceptional. Every amenity and so many extras, with a world-class view that can be enjoyed in luxury and peace. We absolutely loved it. Iza is a gracious host, great communicator and we so appreciated staying in her beautiful space. Expect steep walk up if you don't catch an uber, but short so it's do-able. And don't worry for the first time seeing the outside area... inside the apartment is absolutely gorgeous just as the phyos and reviews say. Thank you Iza! We appreciate all the extra touches and kindnesses. You are a very generous host.

We had a fantastic stay at Pedro’s apartment. He met us in person to let us in and to show us around the place. He was kind and very responsive and helpful when we needed some help. The flat is bright, spacious (kitchen and bathroom in particular are huge!) and super comfortable , with all that you may need. Added to all that the view to the Tagus river, the quietness of the area , the walking distance to the fluvial terminal to Lisbon are all bonuses. We will be back anytime we are in Lisbon! Thank you Pedro: you are definitely a super host!

An amazing apartment! Stayed with our 3 month old baby and petter provided baby equipment for us. It was perfect as it was quiet and beautiful surroundings. Near to beach and with a big pool. Petter responded fast and went out of his way to accommodate early check in and late check out! Finally the accommodation is so well finished. Scandinavian style, very eloquent, loads of nice seating areas and the allotment was amazing to pick veg for salads and dinner. 10/10 on all fronts. We will be back!

The view from the balcony is spectacular, unbelievable. The apartment is comfortable, spotless with all the amenities. Close location to transit, parks, shopping. We stayed over a week and loved it. We highly recommend Diogo & Joana’s place to stay!

This apartment is just lovely! Views are stunning! Well maintained place, everything you need and nothing extra. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, kind. Claiming all those stairs is so worth it!

Had such a great stay here, it really felt like home away from home. Having a washing machine was so handy for my trip and LOVED the big bright windows! The apartment was clean, The food at the nearby restaurant odavids was really good! Lots of eateries and cafes all walking distance. There is also a pharmacy, supermarket, butcher shop all nearby and LX factory is just a 10-15 minute walk away ! The building entrance faces the main road so even when I came home late at night it felt safe. And the windows were sound proof so it wasn’t noisy with the cars passing by. The building entrance green gate is a little heavy to push tho but manageable. Would 100% stay here again if I ever came back to Lisbon. 😃

It was a brilliant apartment with everything you need. The location was also great allowing us to get around mostly on foot. The area is really lovely with a supermarket only a few minutes away. Andrè was excellent providing clear instructions and making our trip very stress free. I really recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed!

Margarita and Diogos place is ideal. Right on the boardwalk. Very comfortable, excellent AC. Beautiful location to relax and take a sunset stroll after visiting Lisbon/ Sintra. About 30 minutes to downtown Lisbon with 1 toll/ hour to Sintra. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Both Margarita and Diogo are very warm and kind humans, and easy to contact if any issues arise!

We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was well-equipped with baby essentials, which made traveling with our little one so much easier. We especially loved the private patio—it was a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for families. A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

Bruno’s place was absolutely stunning and in such a GREAT location! Check-in was so easy, photos were accurate and overall I had such a pleasant time. I would agree with what others said about the kitchen, so we kept the door closed and didn’t really need it anyway. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

The apartment is great. Clean, bright, airy and with all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was perfect. The space is quite large. Everything seems designed for the guest's well-being. There is no subway and train station nearby, but there is a bus and it is easy to order Uber/Bolt.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

we had a pleasant stay in Lisbon! Ricardo's apartment, as confirmed by the photos, is very nice and comfortable (jacuzzi)! We didn't miss anything, everything is there, and it's well organized. the garage, for the motorcycle is a big plus! Ricardo has always been very responsive to our questions, it's very appreciable, even if we couldn't meet him! Thank you Ricardo

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.
