Holiday rentals with a patio in Seine-et-Marne

Had such a great time staying here with my family! It was perfect! Very close to the bus stop so we could get around , the host was really good at communicating, they respond immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Benjamin et Marie ont été accessibles et arrangeants. L’appartement était conforme à la description et proche en métro du centre de Paris. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Notre séjour à trois chez Justine a été tout simplement parfait En effet sa situation proche des transports en commun nous donne un accès rapide au centre de Paris par la ligne 3 ou le bus Les commerces autour sont ouverts très tard et de qualité Tout ça dans un appartement raffiné et spacieux Notre prochain séjour à Paris passera assurément si possible par chez Justine

We a family of 4 adults and 2 kids stayed here while visiting Disneyland . The apartment was a gem , we loved that the apartment was like a divided space , two double beds one side with bathroom , so the kids and parents were that side and myself and my husband had a en-suite room off the kitchen . So this allowed us to stay up later or get up early and make coffee / sit outside . The location is only a 6 min walk from a mall Val De Europa ( it’s huge ! ) And a free shuttle bus stop to Disney ( the stop is next to the key drop . and pick up office ) . We will be recommending this apartment to friends / family . It’s has a kettle , so we had our own coffee . Full fridge / microwave/ oven/ dishwasher . The apartment has great day light with nice shade to close for sleep and to keep it cool during warmer weather . We truly enjoyed this little apartment, we are now moved on to Paris .

Beautiful apartment in a really lovely location. We loved the decor and felt right at home! Val d’Europe literally around the corner which made for great access to shops and restaurants. And Disneyland an easy 25min walk. Have to give special mention to L’Atelier Boulangerie…5 min walk and the best baguettes, pastries and cakes!

Hôtes adorables. Nous sommes tombé sur eux en arrivant et l'accueil était là! Présentations faites, nous découvrons le logement (ils nous ont proposés un logement plus grand car il était disponible) l'appartement est spacieux, délicatement décoré et avec 2 chambres. Nous avons eu une petite requête et ils ont été plus que réactifs. les lits de bonne qualité, draps propres et serviettes de toilettes aussi. Très bon séjour!! merci

Un super séjour dans ce magnifique airbnb ! L'appartement est bien agencé, au frais alors que la température extérieure était élevé ! Les meubles et la déco sont de très bons goûts. Appartement très propre, literie parfaite ! Je recommande +++

This is a great place to stay for Disneyland Paris. The apartment is about as close as you can get to Disneyland if you want to stay outside the venue. It took us about 12-15 minutes to walk from door to door. The apartment was exactly as described and was a perfect relaxing break from the park. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. We would stay here again if visiting Disneyland in the future. Fully recommended and thank you Caroline.

Très bel appartement au rez de chaussée d‘une grand maison bourgeoise à l’entrée de Coulommiers. Pièces très spacieuses et rénovées avec goût . Nous revenons avec plaisir si nous retournerons dans le coin .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Lors de notre venue pour le Parc Astérix, nous avons séjourné à 4 dans le logement de Siham. Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La piscine est un petit plus, au top. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant du bourg. Siham a été réactive à nos messages. Un grand merci !

Très bon séjour au calme très agréable

Snoezige woning, net buiten het centrum van het fijne dorp waar ikzelf een woning hoop te vinden over een paar jaar. De superstijle trap naar het slaapgedeelte (waar geen kledingkast is overigens, wel plek om je weekendtas te plaatsen) went na 2 dagen voldoende om er ook middenin de nacht veilig gebruik van te kunnen maken. Voor mij waren de gordijnen te licht, dus om 5.05u wakker zodra het licht werd. Heb jij dat ook? neem dan een slaapmasker mee, dat doe ik een volgende x ook. Het huis is goed geïsoleerd waardoor het ondanks de kleine hittegolf (en de ventilator) toch heerlijk slapen was. We hebben eigenlijk alleen buiten gezeten en voor het avondeten geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken vanwege de vele fijne restaurantjes in het dorp.

La verdad muy buen sitio , buen precio , la zona muy bonita la anfitriona está pendiente y responde rápido los mensajes , sitio acogedor , cómodo , todo como en la descripción , la verdad volveremos .

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Le logement est très bien placé : rer à proximité, bords de Marne. L’appartement est bien agencé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires : lave linge, sèche linge, ustensiles de cuisine etc Et les hôtes sont charmants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci pour tout !

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en París. Aunque la casa está lejos de la ciudad, el metro está muy cerca y muy bien comunicado. La casa es muy agradable y tranquila. Cerca hay comercios y locales para comer o cenar. La comunicación con Yasmina ha sido siempre rápida y nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado.

We went to Paris for my daughters birthday & had a pleasant stay at Joaos place. It was peaceful & beautiful. We were very comfortable & felt right at home! Thanks again!
