Sea breezes further cool this private-feeling oasis, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans for nighttime comfort. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a perfect base to explore the area, but not suitable for parties. A car is essential.

The house consists of 3 floors, the lower floor is occupied by the owners and the upper 2 are those offered. They are completely isolated and have a separate entrance from the street and a large sunny terrace for the tenants. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and dressing room. Room with two bunks. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).

The Englishman's house

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.
