First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight - usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and grill. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mold spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

Dave and Monica are superb hosts, with a beautiful and immaculate villa that has all you could possibly need. Monica’s communications were excellent and she was extremely helpful in providing any information we needed and even went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late. We had a late arrival due to passport control and hire car collection, however, we all kept in contact and they were there late to show us around the villa. We had an excellent time so thank you both.

A house tastefully decorated and very well equipped. A haven of peace with an equally pleasant exterior with swimming pool and garden. A flexible hostess who is responsive to messages. We recommend this place.

We had a great stay, large group of friends (couples & singles). Perfect for a summer swim, cooking large meals together and chilling out.

We spent an unforgettable weekend at Raimon's house celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the renewal of our vows. From the first moment, the house conveys peace and tranquility: everything was impeccably clean and was as shown in the photographs, even better in person. It was my husband, our children, daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and we were very comfortable. The environment is perfect for relaxing, but also very well located, with restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful places to visit a few minutes away by car. The pool was a wonderful plus, and every corner of the house is designed for relaxation. Raimon was very attentive and kind. Definitely a fantastic experience that we totally recommend. Thank you for everything!

Very good option to visit the village and the surroundings. Peaceful, beautiful, very well equipped and close to anything. There is public and free parking within a few minutes walk. The hosts were responsive and communicative at all times. Recommendable!

We had a family weekend and the experience was excellent. The house is just a 10-minute walk from the beach, in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. The owners were very kind and attentive, helping us both at check-in and check-out. The stay was very pleasant: everything was very clean and well cared for. The apartment has all the necessary utensils, in perfect condition. Each room has air conditioning, which made the stay very comfortable. The bathrooms are complete, spacious and modern. The house has both indoor and outdoor space, perfect for spending time with the family. It also has parking, which is very practical. In short, a very comfortable house, equipped with everything you need to enjoy and relax. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility near the sea and with all the amenities. We'd love to repeat!

For us, it is a real luxury to be able to travel with our dogs. We are very grateful to Jordi for opening the door of his home to our multi-species family. The house exceeded our expectations and more than met our needs. The environment is very quiet, (it was what we were looking for) and we were very pleasantly surprised by its beauty. Jordi was very attentive, cordial and kind, and recommended activities to do in the area during our stay. Definitely a place to return.

Very nice house, completely identical to the photos. Ideal for a family (there were 3 of us but 4 are perfect). Everything is done to feel at home, everything is done to feel on vacation too. No need for a car to go to the beach, the fact of not having a key (not digital to enter) also allows great freedom at the beach (very family-friendly again, at the top for us). a real holiday outage as we wanted! thank you Albert

This is the second time in we have visited Cal Gran, for us what we love the most is the peaceful setting but the fact there are very easy walking routes that start just 5 mins from the house to local towns/ the beach. We have 2 young kids and the walking distances are perfect for them. The house is beautiful and spacious. I’m sure we will return again at some point in the future!

The essence of each place is made by people, and the affection with which Jordi treats his grandparents' house and the kindness and sympathy with which he receives each of his guests, create the atmosphere necessary for you to feel at home. A well-kept and very beautiful space, with a very pleasant outdoor space among flowers and birds. We love every detail as well as the fresh eggs and fig jam offered. We enjoyed the place very much, felt right at home, and everything we needed was there. It was very cold over X-mass and New Year, but we had enough wood for the fireplace to keep the appartement warm. The location is perfect: close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. We can really recommend the place. Alberto was also very helpful and responsive in our communication. This is a beautiful villa, and much bigger than it looks in the photos. The grounds are beautiful and very well looked after and it's in a very beautiful, peaceful location. Santi was a helpful and responsive host, who kindly allowed us a late checkout which made our last day much more relaxing.

Very cozy house in a very good location the area is very quiet, perfect for spending the holidays with family or friends, everything super clean the one equipped with everything you could need!, And Oscar is a wonderful guy, very attentive to everything we needed, we will repeat 100%!!

Very good experience in Torre de l'Espanyol! Perfect accommodation for a weekend getaway or a few days, with everything you need, and all in very good condition. Very kind hosts who helped us quickly. Definitely an ideal place to visit the area and be quiet!

We had a great week, 4 adults and 2 kids, enjoyed the pool and was a 2 min walk to restaurants, beach and shops for the basics. The place was clean and tidy, well looked after and was definately a home away from home. The outdoor space is especially nice, we spent most of our time sat outside enjpoying the weather. Cambrils itself has lots going on, especially if you like food, with a fair few shops to spend your money in! It's about 10 or 15 min walk from the house, along the beachfront and past a couple of parks. The beach was pretty quiet when we went and good for splashing about and swimming, and because it's so close to the house you can easily head down for a bit and pop back for breaks, but there are a couple of nice bars and restaurants at that exact spot that are good too.

Beautiful villa in the middle of trees with a large pool. Very quiet place. The living room is superb, the bedrooms are very good too. Just missing in the kitchen larger and newer fridges and a coffee bean machine would be great. Otherwise, nothing to repeat. Go there with your eyes closed. All phenomenal. The house has everything we need. Full kitchen, great table, huge room, huge bathroom, with lots of closets, nice decor and offers a garage. It is close to La Senia which has all the amenities. And close to the Benifassà Tinença, ideal for excursions. Instead, it's in a village with no chances of doing something nearby. There is truck traffic that woke us up very early. Phenomenal hosts. We were offered a lot of flexibility in getting in and out and we are very grateful.
