Unser 2023 saniertes Ferienapartment eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und Familien mit zwei Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Apartmentanlage in Sattendorf. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and can be reached by car all year round. For summer holidaymakers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car and in winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chair lift of the Wörtherseabfahrt is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered slopes or in the forest are also welcome.

The apartment offers an open cooking living and sleeping area, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen is equipped with modern equipment, including a Nespresso coffee machine, the bathroom has a spacious shower and washing machine. This cozy apartment is perfect for couples.

This 30 sqm Apartment is perfect for Skiing and Hiking. The location in 1500 m above sea very close to the middle station of the "Kanzelbahn" makes it great for a winter holiday. But also the rest of the year is good for hiking around the mountain of Gerlitzen with its romantic huts. The "Kanzelbahn" (cable car) brings you directly to the nice "Ossiacher" lake. Your car is save an snow free at the private indoor parking.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Stay in a Cosy Campervan

Experience the Gerlitzen region from a cosy camper-van, at camping Lindenhof. The location does not disappoint; you will be staying about 500m from the lake, and about 1200m from the train, boat and gondola station. The gondola will take you to the famous Gerlitzen Gipfel, where you can hike, or go paragliding to enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and lakes.
