Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

There were sodas and bottled water prepared for us. Also Omani sweets and cookies. There is a beautiful terrace- the whole flat roof all for you! All the sea promenade in front of you and the harbor. All in walking distance- a fantastic walk passing the sea front all the way.

La villa di Mik è molto grande accogliente., si trova in una zona tranquilla, vicino all' ereoporto e alle partenze per le isole. Mik ci è stato sempre molto reattivo alle nostre richieste ci concesso un check out ritardato. Consigliatissima

Abdul's place was very spacious and clean. we were a big group and there were many rooms and beds to accomadate all of us. He was also very kind to let us check-in early as our bus arrived early morning. he even allowed us to leave our luggage in the lounge until our flight. overall a very pleasant experience and the house is perfect for big groups.

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Julie is a star host, she comes in person to greet you on your arrival, her house is spotless, as shown in pictures, you feel home, one of the best host we have experienced, many thanks for everything Julie, will soon you again

Het huis was compleet precies wat je nodig hebt als familie! Met diverse Ingebouwde apparatuur in de keuken. Op loopafstand naar de zee en zwembad. Er waren niet voldoende handdoeken aanwezig in het huis maar na contact te hebben gemaakt met Arshad kregen we direct meer handdoeken. De communicatie met Arshad was prettig en reageerd heel snel! Dankjewel voor het verblijf!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Great place to visit Muscat from. Bader was very friendly and asked multiple times if everything was according to our liking. Thanks again Bader.

Staying at this villa is an amazing experience. The villa itself is luxurious, elegant, clean, spacious, and a work of art. It is exquisite on any level. It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it. You will have a wonderful experience. I guarantee it.

Wunderbare Villa. Schick eingerichtet. Klasse Pool und Garten. Der Strand ist 5 Autominuten entfernt und traumhaft schön. Unter der Woche ist er menschenleer. Einzig der Securitymann am Eingang wollte uns zunächst nicht rein lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Khaled verlief reibungslos. Vielen Dank! Oman ist eine Reise wert!

Ahmed was friendly and prepared to help. He provided some extra items for our longer stay and brought them by personally. We immensely enjoyed our time in Jebel Sifah.

Volba domu Tiny k našemu týdennímu pobytu byla jednoznačně lepší variantou oproti původně vybranému hotelu. Dům je blízko letiště, v klidné čtvrti a tři minuty pěšky k moři. Ubytování je velkolepé, k dispozici je vše, co je uvedeno v nabídce. Velkým bonusem je bazén, který nabízí chladnější vodu než moře, což bylo začátkem dubna osvěžující. Měli jsme dostatek prostoru pro deset lidí, ke konání společných snídaní a večeří jsou prostory zcela dostatečné. Tina komunikuje obratem, měli jsem i chvíli pro vzájemné seznámení a povídání. Pobyt u Tiny doporučuji!

It was lovely to be hosted by Ahmed, he took wonderful care of me and was prompt to resolve any requirements. Ahmed was very prompt in responding to any communications and provided very clear instructions. The place itself is very nice and I would recommend it as a great place to stay. Ilook forward to staying with Ahmed again soon 😊

When I first arrived at the apartment the check in process was easy and Mazen had already provided all the details. The apartment was as described and clean. There was a few basic necessities missing initially but upon contacting Mazen he was able to provide them for us. The location for the flat is also very good, only a 20-30 minute drive from the city centre and has a hypermarket (general store) underneath on the ground floor of the block of apartments which is very handy. Mazen was also very flexible with the check out procedure which was nice. Overall It was a good stay for a good price and I would recommend to others.

The flat is fantastic – modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Abdelrahim was a wonderful host, making the stay even more enjoyable. The building is brand new, adding to the overall comfort and ambiance. Additionally, the building staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
