Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seeb

Sami was a wonderful host! It was more having a best friend in Oman than a simple accommodation. Actually Sami proposed us to sleep on a beautiful beach and gave us everything we needed. Since there was a lot of mosquitoes, we ended up in a hotel and Sami picked us up the following morning He drove us everywhere and really showed us the "omani life", we met his family, went to local markets, had all our dinner and lunches together. He also helps us find a car to drive to another city. He was SUPER helpful and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a "guide/friend" in Oman, and not an accommodation. All is all, super happy :) Sami était extraordinaire! C'etait plus comme avoir un ami a Oman que simplement un service d'hébergement. En fait, Sami nous a propose de dormir sur une plage (Oman est tres tres sur donc pas de problème de sécurité) en nous donnant tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Avec les moustique nous avons finalement du prendre un petit hotel. Sami nous a récupéré le lendemain matin et nous a montre une vrai vie omanaise. Nous avons rencontre sa famille, mange dans des restaurant traditionels, vu des marches locaux, etc. Sami nous a aussi aide a trouvé une voiture pour les prochains jours, nous a prêté un telephone portable, etc. Je recommande Sami, si vous recherche un "meilleur ami a Oman" pour découvrir la vie omanaise et pas si vous recherchez juste un service de logement. Très belle experience!

Malik’s house in Muscat exceeded all expectations—it’s even more beautiful than the pictures, with a unique charm that can’t be captured in photos. Malik, our host, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Even before arriving, he shared helpful travel tips for Oman. During our stay, he prepared a warm meal for us, engaged in interesting evening chats, and showed genuine kindness. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true home. Staying with Malik is like being a guest or friend, not just a client. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant stay at Mahad’s place! Located in Mutrah, it’s a great starting point for discovering Muscat — especially for first-time visitors. The area is calm and close to several tourist spots. The room was cozy and clean, in a well-equipped apartment. Mahad, the host, was incredibly kind and supportive. Communication was smooth from the start — he provided helpful check-in tips and was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. He also checked in regularly to ensure everything was okay and was always up for help. I totally recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Mohammed’s place was excellent in every way! From the moment of booking, Mohammed was very friendly and helpful with any requests and easy to reach with any questions. The apartment itself was very cozy to relax in at the end of the day and fully equipped with everything you could want from tv to wifi, a/c, kitchen, and so much more! The apartment was also centrally located only minutes from great places to eat and grocery. Thank you for your kindness and warmly welcoming me to Oman and your home Mohammed. I highly recommend this place to all, don’t hesitate to book for the experience of a lifetime!

I had a nice stay at Heather's place It's a comfortable lovely place, that made me feel at home. The room is cozy with comfortable bed. Heather is a nice host and her breakfasts are so delicious🤤 Heather and her husband are a friendly and helpful couple. They invited me to join the Eid lunch, they were responsive and accommodating ensuring I have everything I need and suggesting things I can visit during my stay. I highly recommend.

Heather was a wonderful host - friendly, helpful and full of recommendations for things to see locally, such as the hot spring and nearby wadi. She's also trying hard to enhance the stay with options such as stargazing on the roof. The rate included a very generous breakfast. Staying here is a unique opportunity to get the inside view on what it's like to live in Oman and I enjoyed it immensely.

Nice place, nice people. Hearty breakfasts. Clear swimming pool. We stayed there 2 weeks with 1 year old boy and were satisfied.
