The upper flat (bedrooms 1 and 2) connects to the downstairs studio (bedroom 3) via an exterior staircase. My place is good for couples, families and small groups.

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

The small but nice place has everything you could need to live. It is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible with the suitcase and luggage. The apartment includes a combined kitchen and living room and one bedroom with double bed. In the living room is a sofa bed and the closet where the clothes can be stowed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The bathroom has a lavabo, shower and toilet.

The apartment Heidi, equipped for 4 people, includes everything you want for a cozy vacation. The apartment was furnished with lots of wood and regional materials.
