Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sedona

Carolyn’s Desert Dream accommodations were perfect for our mother daughter get away. It was a very private location directly across from Cathedral Rock, consequently the views were magnificent while soaking in the hot tub. It was very clean, with extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and ample room. The bathroom was nice and large with a roomy walk in shower. The patio area was a pleasant addition for sitting outside and enjoying the views. Carolyn and I communicated about our arrival time as we were unsure of the exact time. She wanted to meet us when we arrived and was very flexible to our sightseeing time on our way from Phoenix. Carolyn was an excellent host! She shared ideas for restaurants, shopping, beside the downtown area and beautiful scenic rides we could take. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful authentically decorated Airbnb for 2 this should be your first choice! I will definitely be returning. Thank you Carolyn!

The great pictures do not do this wonderful slice of paradise justice. Monty's place is absolutely cute, quaint and cozy. We loved the decore both inside and outside. All gave off vibes of relaxation and a homey feel. Christian was always available if needed. He offered great recommendations for food and drinks. Being such a kind and friendly person, Christian is the perfect man for the job. The place is incredibly private despite being 1 block from Uptown shops and restaurants. After hiking during the day, we found the hot tub relaxing and rejuvenating. We would most definitely stay here again. It was exactly what we were looking for and love. This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

We really enjoyed our first time stay in Sedona. There were four of us, so it’s nice for each of us to have our own room. The location was central for everything. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy for us to do some meals inside the house.

What a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The spacious home and shaded yard had plenty of areas to relax. We really enjoyed ourselves as being locals of Arizona, the quiet location away from the touristy hustle and bustle yet close enough to jump over spend some time was very welcomed. The home has everything you need with a nice proximity to restaurants and hiking for a relaxing weekend in Sedona!

A beautiful desert oasis! The outdoor space was so lovely. The creek made all the difference. Everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this home!

We loved staying here. It was beautiful and serene. The home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the firepit and the hot tub. We also enjoyed our mornings sitting in the solarium. We would definitely stay here again!

Words would fall short to describe the beauty of this bnb . Everything was perfect from location to cleanliness to communication with the hosts . Special mention to Amigo the cute little puppy . We cuddled him for one whole day and canceled on plans outdoors just to spend sometime with him . He is an angel . God bless him . The Alpacas in the farm are so well taken care of and well behaved . We met the other farm animals too . It was a pleasure to see what great animal lovers the hosts are . They were very sweet and kind to us and showed us around . Had a fantastic stay with my mother! We felt right at home. Excellent bird/wildlife watching from the porch! I observed several new to me bird species from the porch and had a coyote walk right by the picture window! Would definitely stay here again.

This was paradise in the pines. There was everything that was promised and more. We were so comfortable and at ease. There are great indoor and outdoor living spaces, with thoughtful additions for adults and children.

Had an incredible stay here! Was secluded but easy to access everything Sedona has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, we loved having our coffee out on the porch in the mornings and got to cook dinner in while we were there. Would absolutely come here again 💛

Lars was great and we had a solid stay. Beautiful area and nice accomodations. Lars let us coordinate doing some laundry with him too, which was super helpful.

We had a great time here! The outdoor area was great for adults as well as kids! The house was equipped with everything needed to stay in and enjoy a weekend in a cabin! Thanks for hosting, Rich!

We loved our stay here! The hosts were informative and friendly. They gave us recommendations for the area and let us meet their sheep and lambs. We also got to feed the chickens which was very entertaining. The views are amazing and sitting in the hot tub looking at the night sky was the cherry on top. We stayed in the king room which was the perfect size for my husband and I, a dog bed and a pack n play for our son. The house was clean and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances for cooking and making coffee. They also offer snacks and booze for purchase. There is a trail right out on the prairie to watch sunsets in the evening and a short drive to a hiking trail on a small lake to bird watch and relax in shade of the pines. We also loved the deck seating areas to enjoy the views. We are looking forward to staying in the winter to see some snow!

The A Frame is a beautiful getaway! We had a wonderful time. The trails in the National Forest are only about 20 yards away. They’re easily walkable and dog friendly. My four year old loved staying in the loft. We felt like we were back at summer camp. We are friends with Mahesh’s neighbors who say great things about him… that bodes well for a host in my opinion!!

This place is absolute PARADISE. We've already re-booked for next year. The pool/ hot tub area was like a dream with all the beautiful roses and birds chirping. The house was great too, but we spent most of our time outside! The resident cat, "Kitty", was the sweetest. The groundskeeper, Mark, takes such amazing care of the whole place and gave us some great hiking recommendations! We can't wait to come back!!

The views are unbeatable. Great house! The sunrise, with hot air ballons coming up in the distance, the full-house music speaker, the pool, the fully stocked kitchen... it was all perfect. Would definitely come back to this location. It was magical.

Easy peasy check in! Great location. Had everything we needed. Small kitchen, but well equipped, even had a blender. Pool was great for our 2 year old. The hot tub at the end of our lot was so beautiful overlooking the red rocks! We made a dinner reservation at Dahl and Deluca, our favorite Italian restaurant in Sedona and the restaurant sent us a car since we were so close! Overall great experience!

Loved this place, will be back!!! From star gazing in the hot tub at night to lounging by the pool during the day while staring at a picture perfect view of the red rock mountains , it was well worth the price , also super private. Perfect location, close to all the trails we hiked, close to the art village, close to the best restaurants in town. Brenda was a super friendly and accommodating host, gave us recs for the best trails and answered our questions very promptly.

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

Ellen and Todd's place was great. We arrived a little early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. The house was spectacular. From the cozy living room to the well stocked kitchen to the wonderful king size master bedroom. We loved the front porch in the morning to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. If we're ever in Sedona again, we will definitely be staying at Ellen and Todd's place.

Brandon's place was exactly what my family and I needed for a long weekend in Sedona. The location was amazing and near so many walkable places. The views were incredible and the community pool was perfect for my kids during the hot afternoons. You will not be disappointed.

Loved how the dog Rooster made us feel tight at home. Hot tub felt great after long hikes. Clean, cozy private place to stay, perfect for us.
