This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 large dogs on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

We really enjoyed every minute of this stay. This home has such a warm and caring feeling. All the furniture was super comfortable and there is a back yard garden setting that is perfect for a cup of coffee and a good book. We hope to stay here again when we are back in Wichita.

Beautiful Summer Oasis

This was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in town. This property was a unique little retreat in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Two adults and three big kids stayed here very comfortably, and we enjoyed the many amenities; including items for the pool and snacks to name a few. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials which made cooking a breeze. Most of all, the beds were super comfy and the decor made us feel like we were at home. We had planned on doing a few activities while in town, but the back yard area was so beautiful, we ended up staying and relaxing at the property instead. Terri was lovely to meet and the vibes here were overall really positive. Highly recommend this place!!
