We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

Wonderful reception on arrival. Great location only 15 min walk down to sea front. Great activities for our 8 yr old twin boys. But the icing on the cake is the huge swim spa which we all enjoyed after our walks. Lovely and relaxing just what you need. Host was very helpful and responded to all our questions promptly. Would recommend highly to any family with kids or two couples looking for a relaxing break away.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

We spent the half term break at Little Burston with our two young children, we had a wonderful time. The accommodation was everything we hoped from the previous brilliant reviews and more. A clean, bright and large space. Well equipped with everything you could want (games, DVD’s, kitchen utensils). A tranquil and peaceful setting not far away from Dulverton and within striking distance of lots of activities. The hot tub kept the adults happy and the kids loved the garden, trampoline and games of football. Carol was a great host, instructions left at the property were clear and easy. Walking recommendations all great. Goats and chickens out of the kitchen window was a highlight for the kids. Up there with the best Airbnb’s we’ve been to in the UK. We would not hesitate to return, if visiting North Devon again and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic weekend with the family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversay. The house had everything we needed and kept the children entertained. Cath was really lovely and even baked us a cake for our stay which was very thoughtful. The view from the property was a highlight and we would definitely stay again.

We had a really lovely stay here this week. The garden is beautiful, so peaceful and we even saw a woodpecker hopping around the grass one afternoon. Our daughter adored the trampoline and climbing frame, we also really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each day after exploring. We did day trips to Lyme Regis, Beer and Forde Abbey & Gardens. A perfect, peaceful spot to spend a few days, thank you.

Thyme cottage was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The cottage is characterful and comfortable and well equipped. The fireplace was a wonderful, warm touch. The village of Woodbury Salterton is charming and friendly and close to Exeter. The Diggers Rest is a must! Stop in for a friendly pint or even better for a meal. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Thyme cottage will be among our top stays.

Yes, all the 5 star reviews are true! Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The apartment was spotless. Joy supplied some wonderful goodies, pastries, scrumptious bread, biscuits and fresh fruit and milk. Lots of information about the area. As the buses were so frequent we used them to visit some wonderful scenic places. Everything one would want for a short stay. The views are amazing with lots of lovely walks nearby which our little dog Mollie loved.

The Airbnb was amazing and reached all expectations. The setting is wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing. The property itself is very clean and well laid out, providing everything needed. The touches of lovely flowers from the gardens, milk and biscuits and the toiletries in the bathroom were thoughtful and very much appreciated. It was fun meeting the alpacas and learning about them and being greeted by Maurice and Stanley, the family dogs when we arrived back each day. Charlotte and Joni were fabulous hosts, welcoming and helpful. They were available when we needed them but gave us privacy for our stay. I would highly recommend the property.

Thank you! Lyme Regis is lovely and the flat is in a great location with everything close by and walkable - just a few yards from the seafront. Everything needed in is provided, including the small helpful things that made the stay more enjoyable, and all our questions were answered in the excellent manual - didn't need to ask any questions! Definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Great self catering accommodation, small but perfectly formed! If you’re looking for total peace and quiet in a beautiful area, close to lovely beaches, towns and villages then this is for you!

This is our first Airbnb stay, also our first stay taking our dog. Having read and turned down a number of other Airbnb places the ducks wing seemed to fit the bill (no pun intended). The garden is lovely and secure, the rooms are extremely quirky which we both liked, our dog loved it. We didn't make best use of the many facilities including the pool, BBQ etc. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden listening to the countryside. As I've said our first experience with Airbnb but we were very impressed.

Where to begin? A small piece of paradise I think comes close! Eddie and Becks were super hosts, warm, welcoming and full of great advice and recommendations. The farm is in an idyllic location, yet only a couple of miles from the sea. Peaceful, quiet and the best place to unwind and explore. The cricket pavilion is a charming , rustic and well equipped bolthole for a couple or small family to enjoy. Dennis the Cockerpoo had the time of his life exploring and playing with his toys in the garden. The local pubs are great and the local beaches are excellent. We had a special dinner in the Ilchester Arms in neighbouring Symondsbury and hours of countryside walks in the hills surrounding. The local farm shop is an absolute gem of a place. The best of Dorset is a short drive in the car away. There is so much more I could add and we are definitely looking to return there for more Dorset heaven. We had the most wonderful weekend in Lyme Regis, and Tess's house was the perfect home from home in an ideal location. Not only did the house provide everything we needed, she laid out a cream tea for our arrival and the girls were very excited by the toys in their bedroom. We spent our days exploring and evenings on the beach where not only a seal spent the night in the bay while the girls paddled but we also spent an hour watching a dolphin jumping out the water. We will most certainly be back. Thank you for a magical family weekend x

We had a lovely stay at the Condo. It had everything we needed, plus really homely touches. Access to the indoor pool was really great especially for a rainy day with our 1 year old. Jacqueline and Tony were very welcoming. Great location and a peaceful get away. We were sad to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The place is exactly as described, a very cosy little cottage with everything you need. Everywhere was clean and tidy apart from general dust you’d expected, with a lovely little basket of treats left for us on arrival. Check in was self done, flexible, and smooth, same with leaving. Lovely little village, a couple of local pubs within walking distance, lovely cafe just next door along with some very friendly ducks, chickens, lambs, goats and the occasional cat. Would absolutely stay here again and 100% recommend if you’re looking for a cosy and quiet get away. During our stay we explored Cheddar, Glastonbury and Frome, all within an hours drive and lots of lovely cafes and independent shops.

We had a lovely stay at Iona’s place. The grounds are beautiful and the house was a great base with a lovely pub and open field with swings etc within 2 minutes walk. Iona’s communication was excellent and she really helped us with whatever we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

Emily has a lovely caravan in a quiet spot on an otherwise busy site. The caravan felt surprisingly spacious and it was great to have that second toilet available. It was also lovely and very convenient to have the shower. The site offers a lot for families with several play areas, crazy golf and swimming pools.

We've just returned from another wonderful stay at this property in Long Sutton. As returning guests, we were delighted to find it just as perfect as we remembered. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility, and the property itself is immaculate. This time, we particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna – a real treat! We can't wait to return. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Naomi’s place with our two young children. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and literally a road away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. View is spectacular when having a cup of tea by the window! Use of the amenities at the nearby holiday park is a real bonus. Apartment was absolutely spotless, and had some really thoughtful extras, like a hidden doll house, some kids books and games. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we’ll be back!
