Was a wonderful immersive experience. We enjoyed dining and playing board games in the great hall. The escape rooms were very well done. I was skeptical on how it would go without a game master, even had some nice surprise moments. Looking forward to staying again. Kids were upset we weren't staying all week.

We had a wonderful family reunion here with 3 generations. Each family had their own private space but there was tons to do on the property together as well. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy! We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked, too.

This home was spotlessly clean and looks just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room and seating for watching movies. The showers and bathrooms were great, and it was nice to be able to do laundry. We used the pool towels provided. The kitchen was stocked with basic items - there is a keurig coffee pot only and they provide pods which was nice. A few things we didn’t realize: the driveway is very steep and we scraped our van trying to go down the first time - you need to go in at a certain angle. The noise alarms are very sensitive and it went off when we were watching a family movie, and we had to answer a text from Tanya. This was honestly a bit annoying. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! When the jets were turned on, the hot tub become filled with much foam from all the chlorine so we didn’t turn the jets on anymore. We hiked from the house into the state park and did a 5 mile loop, which was very convenient.

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

Duane and Matt were absolutely wonderful hosts! They helped make our quick weekend getaway truly unforgettable. Every amenity at the property was thoughtfully provided, and our daughters enjoyed every bit of it. Even while traveling internationally, Duane remained incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights for our girls was getting to meet a baby sheep—such a thoughtful and special touch! They were especially taken with little Pinky Pie and are still talking about her. Thank you again, Duane, for sharing your beautiful property and creating such a memorable experience for our family!

Very, very clean and spacious. Adrian sent very clear check-in directions and responded promptly to communications. He also provided a thorough guest manual. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The space was more comfortable than in pictures and the gym equipment seemed very nice. We were very happy with our stay.

First let me say clean! There’s very few places with my standard of cleaning. However, I will say that you have to think about everything that comes with renting a basement ie: kids stomping and running around, crying, etc. I wish I would have thought of this so I would have brought my headphones for my zoom conference. That was my only quarrel. The home is exactly as pictured, and again… super clean! I would recommend staying here!

Amazing stay all around ! Super comfy space and super clean! The only thing is that while the listing says “Entire home” it is just a seperate space basement, but a huge spacious one at that! Olu’s airbnb is definitely worth all the while!

Marcus, we really appreciate you making us feel at home. It was very comfortable and relaxing, great location. Beds were comfortable, felt like home away from home, alot of room to entertain the family, even enjoyed the downstairs with the pool table.

We love this home it’s very neat, spacious, the hosts are very kind and put alot of effort in meeting our needs responding very fast to messages and very thoughtful- they had books and toys out for the kids when we arrived. It’s definitely child friendly with a big back yard for the kids to ride their bikes. We recommend the suite to anyone and hope to return soon.

We really liked the house and enjoyed our stay! Eugene was very responsive when we had a question, and let us know to reach out with any issues. Towels were left on each bed along with a toothbrush and toothpaste, and snacks on the table. Check out instructions were easy and simple to follow, and not excessive (just bringing trash out and leaving dirty towels together, no unreasonable cleaning). The street was a bit steep, so just something to keep in mind if booking in the winter to have good tires, but would absolutely recommend and will try to stay here again if I travel to the area in the future!

Franck was a great host and was responsive to questions prior to and during our stay. Place was perfect for our family trip which included a total of 14. Location was perfect for getting to and from DCA and downtown. Will book again in the future

After losing out on three different rentals we found this house. We were staying the week for our son’s graduation from the Naval Academy. It was perfect for our family. We didn’t care about being in downtown Annapolis and this place is perfect for some quiet time and relaxing from the hustle and bustle of graduation week. Would recommend this place for everybody. Great place and exactly as described. Our host was super helpful with parking assistance and local information. The home is close to all the DC spots and Uber prices were reasonable. We had a rental that was a 2025 Lincoln Navigator and it fit in the driveway with enough room to exit and we did not scrape the ground. I think most SUVs would have no issues parking in the driveway. We got a temporary pass for the street with help of the host as we had our older parents and exiting on the slope of the driveway was a bit tough for them. Overall a great stay at an affordable price, we will definitely rebook when we return next fall.

We had a wonderful stay at Nanyang Place—it truly felt like our home away from home in D.C. The host was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating, especially knowing that we were traveling with a baby. She went above and beyond by providing a high chair, a crib, and even some baby food, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. The home itself was beautifully organized, clean, and welcoming. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure a smooth experience. We felt genuinely cared for, and her hospitality made a big difference in our trip. Thanks to her kindness and attention to detail, we were able to enjoy a memorable and relaxing family vacation in Washington, D.C. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children!
