Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Seaside

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and had excellent amenities. It felt like a true vacation. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils!

We had an amazing time at Heather’s place! The home is in a great location, easily walkable to the beach and downtown area. It had everything we needed and more! Absolutely loved the hot tub and privacy of the backyard. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. Absolutely magical! Our stay at Ken’s stunning Victorian home was truly the stuff of romantic dreams. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were transported to another era.  Every detail was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Ken’s home is impeccably maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful amenities and antiques that made our stay incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights was the expansive wrap-around porch with sweeping views of the Columbia River, an ideal spot for morning coffee or a peaceful evening unwind. Ken was a gracious and attentive host, and it’s clear he takes great pride in sharing this beautiful home with his guests.  THANK YOU!

Travis’ place was nicely situated next to a couple of beach access points. In addition to that, there were a handful of restaurants within walking distance and the downtown area of Long Beach was just a short drive away. The hot tub worked nicely and it was great to have a fenced in back yard for our dog. The ceilings were a bit low, so I had to duck through some of the entryways and in the shower, but it was expected based on the reviews I had read. It was a nice stay for a weekend getaway to the beach.

A beautiful location on a very large lot with access to the river and views of the mountains. This is farm country with cows, goats and chickens nearby. Deer would also visit the property. The house is spacious and divided into two separate living quarters under one roof (no door between them). The main quarters has three bedrooms with the fourth bedroom in the “guest” quarters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jen’s “never say die” house was the perfect place for a family celebration. Who is the four of us with friends coming and going. It could not have been a better place to get together. The house itself was fun and interesting and had all of the gear we could possibly need for cooking, playing, teaching… Etc.The location was perfect for us. We loved the short walk to the beach and the miles and miles of nearly empty, beautiful sand. Jenn was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and flexible. We would gladly return.

If you are looking for charm, this place has it! We had 11 people ranging from 2 years old to 85 years old and this place was perfect. There is tons of room. We cooked nearly all our meals for 4 days and the kitchen worked perfectly for that. Plus the dining room table sat us all. The bedrooms are large. The mattresses and bedding was all high quality and everyone slept really well. Ive stayed in several properties in this price caliber and this was one of the best.

Let me start of by saying this was the PERFECT get away for me and my husband who both work demanding jobs and long hours! The river was so nice and peaceful and the hot tub was relaxing and clean which is sometimes hard to trust when renting an air bnb. Annie is a co-host on site and she was there to help with check in by showing us around and was there when we needed things. The only thing I will say is there is current home construction on the owner Pete’s house so there is a bit of noise through the day but it did not bother us at all !!! When you walk outside you may find Pete working around his yard or in his garage, Pete is the cutest old man ever he is super respectful of his guests being in his space and will check to see if he is a bother or is being too loud 🥹 10/10 recommend this place if your looking for a relaxing getaway by the river ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely quiet, private cabin with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, loads of games, CDs, movies, kids' art supplies. We'll be back!

Great place to stay with friends

Wonderful place on the river! Peaceful and fun to be on the river and watch birds, seals and other wildlife. It is close to a great breakfast/lunch place, fresh fish house, library and market - all across the street! We kayaked right from the house which has its own dock!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! The house just felt like a home. It was beautiful. The views were phenomenal and everything was pristine. We loved the quick little walk from the house to the market to the beach! It was the perfect getaway spot! The beds are beyond comfy! And all the white linens felt clean and sophisticated! Many events can be held here! We loved the baby gate towards the loft since the steps are a little steeper than average stairs but not super hard to go up. The hot tub was a great add-on for just soaking our worries away. This place has been a very memorable experience for our family and we hope many others will have the chance to enjoy the wonderful amenities here!! Thank you again!! We will miss this house and your extremely kind hospitality!

Absolute perfection! I wish I could stay here for even longer. The space was super clear, the surroundings and house were beautiful and the amenities were wonderful.

One of our favorite Airbnbs with a toddler! A super comfortable and stylish space for adults with a perfect basement for with kids. Katie also gave excellent local recommendations. Would totally book again!

This is great place to stay if you are visiting Pacific City. Highly recommend! It’s a 5min walk to the beach, Pelican Pub & Brewery, coffee shop, grocery store and other restaurants. 2 min drive to other stores or restaurants around the area. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was great! Very quiet and peaceful place. Communication with Carol was also very quick. We would definitely consider staying here again.
