Holiday rentals with beach access in Seaside

The place was perfect for our girls trip. Antione was very responsive and friendly. The view was beautiful from the living room window and we had quick, easy access to the beach. Would definitely return!

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

The room had an amazing view and was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

We had such a lovely time at this Bnb. It’s gorgeous, the place is spotless and beautifully decorated, lots of little thoughtful amenities that just made it nice and easy to stay (shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soft blankets all over the apartment, board games, beach chairs that were easy to carry, etc.) Furniture was comfortable, appliances in great shape, and plenty of spaces to be (big dining room table, nice L couch, 2 beds and baths.) We only came with 2 people, but it’d be a great stay for a family. And the beach was gorgeous. Really large and open sandy beach space, few people, so it felt private and open. Would recommend for sure!

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

This was our second trip to Ian’s condo and we love it! It is a great location with a beautiful view. It’s been clean and easy to get comfortable. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The booklet is current for businesses and local attractions, and had been updated in the last month. Ian was communicative and made the visit very easy. Highly recommend this sweet condo!

Every time I stay here I know I'll have everything I need. All accomodations are quality - nice dishes and kitchenware. The beds and couches are comfortable. Everything I'll need is exactly where I expect to find it. Very accommodating for my dogs and nice outdoor hangout area. Everything you need for a day at the beach is included!

We felt like a million bucks! James was kind and responsive throughout the process and we have no complaints there! The stay itself was wonderful. Every morning we walked along the beach and got breakfast in town. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway!

A nice cottage by the ocean. The beach is steps away. Obvious thought went into design and amenities. Beach kitsch, but in a good way. Everything is new and maintained. The location is probably between where the masses go, as Cannon Beach is north and Tillamook is south. If you're staying any length, you might want to bring in a bunch of food, as the kitchen is set up. A great hang by the Pacific Ocean.

Our first time staying at Rockaway and it was amazing! The space was exactly as described; comfortable, peaceful and it truly felt like home. It was kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family and we we felt completely at ease the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy and responsive. This will be our goto every time we stay at Rockaway.

This was our 3rd stay at the Gaea house - a great experience as always! We love the location and dog-friendliness, neighborhood is quiet and just off the beaten path. All listed amenities worked out perfectly. Especially noticeable was how clean the place was upon check-in - absolutely spotless - which is very refreshing after the long drive from Spokane! We had a wonderful family vacation! Katie's place has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices, etc. We lacked for nothing. It was a joy to use the fireplace and fire pit several nights. There's an outside shower with hot water that made a huge difference regarding sandy children and adults. Katie has toys, books and games that were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were attractive and comfortable. The open concept was roomy and comfirtable. We all agree that a return trip is in our future! The location is private and convenient to shopping, Cannon Beach and Astoria. We enjoyed the beach and exploring the area. There's not one thing that I would change! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!

I was seeking a quiet weekend retreat by the beach, and this fit my dream. It was perfect for a solo getaway, private and quiet. Easy to get to. The beach is just a block away. It is a 40 to 50 minute walk to most of the Cannon Beach restaurants, which, along the beach, is a fantastic way to take in the natural scenery and watch the waves unfold on the beach. There is a great market just a block away if you want to stay in and cook. The galley kitchen is small, but it had all that I needed for the weekend. Jennifer was a kind and responsive host on the Airbnb app. I look forward to another visit someday.

The setting couldn't be better. It had everything we needed. It was practically our own beach. (We were right there before Memorial Day - beaches were almost empty.) Stunning unobstructed views. My foot expert told me to do barefoot walks on the beach + get my feet in the ocean. (I've had issues with my feet). Very healing. The sunsets were NUTS. Last time we stayed in this building (different unit), we were treated to two sightings of a bald eagle gliding over the beach on our last day. I was hoping that would happen again -it did. That's a well-trained eagle - this time landing in the creek that empties into the sea. It hit its mark perfectly! 🙃 Maybe rubber-backed mats in the bathrooms. We kept bunching them up. Maybe change the sign by the door? This may be our last visit to this marvelous place, as our knees are going south. We are ancient! PERFECT place for people with good knees. Our dumb knees are the only thing that would keep us away. Maybe with PT we'll be back! 🌊🌊🌊

This rental is absolutely stunning and everything was as described or better.!! The location was convenient. The view was incredible! We watched an amazing sunset from the deck. The firepit was well equipped and convenient. Christy was outstanding with communication and offered assistant with any additional needs. Excellent hosts!!! Would highly recommend.

Internet was down which made it impossible for us to get into the unit. But Victor called us immediately with an alternative and we were in shortly after. His responsiveness was so quick it didn’t make a dent in our check in. The condo is situated beach side with gorgeous views. Clean, comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch for cozy cool evenings. Wasy walk to shops and restaurants. Will visit again.

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

I adored staying at this place - walkable distance to the beach with options for dining, as well as the ocean. It felt cozy, warm, and appreciated the space Marlene has curated to feel that way. Would love to come back and enjoy the coast sometime soon!

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!
