Beachfront holiday rentals in Seal Beach

The house was just as described and had everything we needed for our family of six. Kyle was an attentive and responsive host and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. This was a great home base for our family trip around southern California. Would stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED. One of my favorites so far. Super clean, ALL the details, PERFECT location. Comfy beds, lots of light, open spaces, gorgeous views. Coffee bar was A +, .....do I need to mention the Toto toilet??! Now I want one! Kitchen was wonderful for me (we stayed all week and I cook often for the family). Great fishing right off the beach across the street (my 16 year old is a fisherman and was in heaven). 30 minutes from Disneyland via Uber (no need for a rental car). Often little electric scooters are near the house for lazy teenagers (lol) and tired feet. Many doors and windows to open if you like fresh air. Everything was thought of. 5+ stars all the way.

We loved this place! The location was amazing, just minutes from the beach & walkable to great shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

This place was perfect for our family! My husband always has a difficult time sleeping away from home, but he didn’t have trouble sleeping here! The beds are super comfortable, along with the linens, pillows, etc. We were able to get great use out of the wagon and boogie boards. I loved the location; we walked to the beach in under 10min, walked to the grocery store, and of course my husband enjoyed his morning walk to Starbucks every morning. The kitchen had a beautiful gas stove where we enjoyed cooking every night. Greg, I can’t thank you enough for our best family trip yet!!!

We had an alternate booking cancel less than 24 hours of arrival so I was in a panic to find something dog friendly. John responded immediately to my booking request and was very helpful. The place ended up being a great location a block from the beach and just a walk to lots of great food. Very clean. Thank you!

Hidden gem right here and I am torn between telling everyone I know about it or keeping it a secret! I loved Laguna before, but staying in Mark’s place has really made me enjoy and love it even more! Staying here and not in a hotel made it feel like home and to be able to walk the neighborhood and walk down to the beach every morning has truly made this an incredible trip! I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. We stay in Newport often and this is one of the best bang-for-your-buck spots out there!

The property is close to everything fun! The beach is across the street. The pier and Main Street are just a few blocks away. It’s so easy to walk there. We dined at Dukes on the pier. We loved breakfast at Sugar Shack on Main Street. The condo is comfortable and beachy. Loved the sunset ocean view from the giant hot tub. There’s also a view of the ocean from the living room and outside deck. Also, Tower 17 Properties thinks of everything and is so accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay.

The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful! The location was beautiful and room was clean and comfortable.

First and foremost, Anna is an incredible communicator. We greatly appreciate that as we booked last minute and she was able to get us set up. She’s so understanding and quick to help out. The place was clean and just as explained. Awesome stay at an awesome resort. Definitely going to stay at her place again.

Jaime and Liz’s Airbnb is a tremendous location and getaway for anybody who enjoys proximity and a view of the Pacific Ocean in Laguna Niguel. Their description is spot-on accurate. They are also wonderful owners and very accommodating. We will definitely return.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The 2 bed, 2 bath setup was perfect. The couches were super comfortable, and the view of the beach from the balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do in the area, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. You really can’t beat the location—just minutes from the Long Beach Aquarium and close to everything we needed. Hands down, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever!

Nadine's place is full of extra touches, with upgraded bath products and kitchen dishes to well thought-out amenities throughout the house. She was super-responsive and our stay was exactly what we needed as we live nearby and were remodeling our house. The neighborhood is also quiet and friendly. I'd recommend her place to stay!

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

The house was in a perfect location, so close to the beach and local restaurants. The living areas were spacious and were larger than they looked in the pictures It was great to have plenty of children’s toys and the games machine was an added bonus, for children and adult’s alike! Beach chairs and equipment were appreciated, We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return someday.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic—close to some restaurants and small businesses, making it super convenient to explore the area. The house itself is beautiful, stylishly decorated, and spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy beds and thoughtful little touches throughout. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

This place was exquisite! There was a lot of room to spread out and relax and to make ourselves at home. The host and cohost were very welcoming, responsive, and kind. The private garage was a huge bonus for security and convenience. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to make it ours for a week. The view is amazing and peaceful to sit back and sip a coffee in the morning. The street out front can be noisy with people cruising, but the host provides sound machines in every room, and little gift bags of ear plugs and a sleep mask (it looked like one, I didn’t open it as I travel with my own). They thought of everything. If I’m back in Long Beach again I’ll be looking to stay here before anywhere else.

Words cannot describe how great Julie‘s home is. On multiple occasions an individual (and their cute dog) stopped to chat and share their memorable experiences residing, renting or simply enjoying this same location. Many people also shared how wonderful Julie and her husband are. The dog parade along the boardwalk is worth it alone. It is deceivingly large. The beds, linens, towels, and overall interior was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Julie‘s property. We would stay again and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

It's a beautiful house with a super short walk to the beach! It was perfect for our family and even had beach toys and games for entertainment. We would definitely stay again!

Tyler was a great host, very responsive to all our question and concerns. Tyler went above and beyond to all of our questions. The proerty was on the perfect location right on the beach while still private. Perfect for the children to play safely with plenty of sand toys. And the hot tub was a hit with the older kids. Our family really loved our spring break vacation. We cant wait to plan our next vacation stay with Tyler again. I must give Tyler kudos for how quickly he responded when the washer broke, he even took our wet laundry to the cleaners and returned our clean clothes back the same day. ❤️

Excellent host—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. My wife and I flew in for the Long Beach Grand Prix and chose this spot for its great location. We wanted to be able to see the water and within walking distance to restaurants, and this place delivered. 2nd Street offered a fantastic variety of dining options. We were also able to take Long Beach transit to the race, which saved us the hassle of parking or tying to get an Uber. The location looked exactly like the photos, the bathrooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We’d happily stay here again!
