Apartment upstairs has seperate private entry. I don't live at the house. There is a service contact if required for any problems. Manly is a fabulous lively city village. The apartment is up on a hill in a residential area, slightly removed from the village centre and nightlife sounds. The famous Manly surf beach or still water Shelly Beach are within walking distance. Buses travel constantly up and down nearby Sydney and Pittwater Roads to all surrounding areas and the city. Manly Wharf is in walking distance to catch a boat into the city. I walk from the apartment to everywhere in Manly. If you need a car there is an off street space for a small to medium size car secured behind a gate. For a larger or 2nd car there is a resident parking permit for free unrestricted street parking. For those who find walking up a hill to the apartment from Manly difficult there are frequent bus services which stop on the flat nearby and a taxi rank at the bottom or the hill which cost about $7. Manly Council provides a free ‘hop, skip & jump’ bus every 30 mins from morning to early evening, which stops near or in the street - depending which route you take. There is room for surfboards and outside shower is a great way to rinse off after the beach. The dryer is located under the house near clothes line. Washing machine is in the kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two apartment duplex. Access to the house for those with a disability has one small step up to the front verandah and another small step up once inside the entry hall. There are another two steps inside the house from the kitchen up to slightly elevated dining/sun room. Manly is a fabulous lively city village. The apartment is up on a hill in a residential area, slightly removed from the village centre. The famous Manly surf beach or still water Shelly Beach are within walking distance.

Clontarf Oasis - Beach Retreat near Manly
This ultra spacious apartment is on the ground level of our family home with own private entrance and is only 5min stroll to Clontarf beach. Featuring a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, study area and walk-in wardrobe. Lovely french doors in the lounge room open to the patio with views to the garden. A large sofa with chaise is perfect for relaxing. A variety of first-class dining/shopping options are available in Mosman and Manly. Easy walk to Seaforth and Balgowlah Heights villages.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa
This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
