This place was great. Very convenient to the beach and lots of other places such as restaurants, stores. The place was very clean. Me and my family felt right at home. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again.

this town house was huge! we had so much room for family and your standing on the sand right from the back porch! I wish I could have stayed for a whole month. this location was top notch and worth every penny!

Jessica’s home was wonderful. It was updated, decorated very nicely and clean. Tons of instructions and amenities in the kitchen. The house is away from all the condos so the beach was not crazy busy. Would highly recommend!!!

This stay Definitely felt like home away from home. Ainslie was sweet, very informative, and quick to respond to any concerns i had dealing with our visit!

Perfect place to stay during your beach vacation! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the screened end porch and the golf cart! Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend for your family trip!

Ron was very nice and even helped us get in the place earlier since we were already in town. We just added a couple of days to our trip.

We loved everything about this place the peacefulness the cleanliness. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Beach and restaurants were phenomenal and within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the house was decorated perfectly. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed right in the house. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Just got back from our stay and we LOVED our visit! EJ and Kimber gave us a bunch of information from the start and we loved following their insta page to bookmark some spots before our trip. They were responsive, flexible with our check-in, and checked on us after our first night to see if we needed anything. There were so many details that made us feel more comfortable, labels on the lights, games and puzzles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, the toiletries (including liquid soap instead of those awful hotel bars!), printed directions in the laundry and by the trash cans, and lots of hangers and space to unpack. We loved the location, it was easy to grab drinks at the big chill or order lunch to eat by the pool. Our favorite beach access was the Deer Park, it was closest and the walk was pretty. We never had an issue finding parking or a good spot at the beach! Thank you so much EJ and Kimber!

Place is exactly as pictured! Practically new build. Very close to the pool area and the Prominence shopping/restaurants. Included LSV was a plus! This kids loved riding in it, though there are some areas that don’t allow access by LSV. Host was extremely responsive and helped with recommendations. We had a slight hiccup with some very minor housekeeping issues but the host was proactive and fixed the issue almost instantly. I would stay here again!

What a dream this place is! Super clean, right on the gulf, peaceful, very comfortable. Loved the area, great bakery nearby and a couple other restaurants. We enjoyed all that 30A has to offer! Great hosts! Thank you!

Beautiful stay. Bring or get your own laundry detergent because you will be expected to clean towels with the pods they provide. Limited number of garbage bags as well. However, it was a lovely home and perfect for our vacation. Would love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean’s 8. The property was clean, comfortable, and ideally located—just steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and beautiful beaches. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly accommodating and made the entire experience seamless with her outstanding hospitality. We truly appreciated how easy she was to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to returning for another stay!

If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would! It was our first time staying on 30A, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the location, to the house, the amenities, decor, to the great communication, everything was above and beyond excellent. The home providing everything we needed for the beach; all accommodations were well thought out. We were able to cook family meals and spend lots of quality time biking and golf cart riding. Highly recommend this property. 30 A is our new family vacation spot every summer, and this location was perfect!

Great 2BR condo that offers nice amenities. At first we were nervous about the extra distance to the beach compared to other properties but this was no issue at all. Between the provided beach wagon to walk, plenty of parking at the front of the apartments, and being close to a beach access with parking, this was never a concern. The pools are very nice as well. The unit itself was as described. What stood out to me on this stay was actually our host, Chris. We had a couple issues when we first arrived (out of our and his control) and Chris was very responsive and reacted very quickly to solve these problems. He earned a return customer in us and we hope to go back another time.

Sandpiper #2 is AMAZING. If you are looking for a vacation spent on the beach, this is your place. Destin and PCB are within driving distance for the tourist vibe but this condo takes you out of that onto 30A. we woke up, walked the beach, then set up for a day on the beach, and walked the beach at sunset. The condo has a great set up and the essentials in the kitchen. The outdoor shower is awesome to hose kids off. Jen was quick to respond even when asking simple questions I had leading up to our stay. We are overjoyed to have found this condo and plan to stay again.

We can’t say anything negative about this space. The area, the cleanliness, the coziness, everything was exactly what we wanted and needed. Loved the private fenced in yard for our two dogs. It was SO clean. Worth every penny and our vacation was amazing because this played such a huge part in that!

Had a wonderful stay at Ali’s townhouse. Exactly as pictured and the beach is literally 30 steps from the back porch. Beach was almost like a private beach, just guests of the town homes unlike a 20 story condo resort. Perfect vacation for our family. Ali is a great host. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Pictures were 100 % accurate and the townhome is beautiful.

The perfect stay for our family of 9! We had four littles with us and I can’t imagine a better stay that close to the beach. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect location for us. Walking access to a beautiful beach and 20 minutes away from Andrew's Park, Rosemary Beach and other great beach spots. The additional bonus for us was the possibility to bring our dog with us. Very comfortable place for a family of 4.

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!
