Great location! Beautiful condo, very clean and had everything we needed! Roberts communication was great as well. Would recommend staying here!

By far, this is my favorite place to stay on 30a. This is our second trip back to this condo and our fifth trip back to the Inlet Beach area!! The access to the water is perfect! The private beach access is the best. I have nothing but positive things to say and we will be back!

This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to rent bikes or have a walkable area to be in. The beach, not something the host is responsible for, is a bit crowded. If you are staying in Seacrest and want a 1 bedroom - this is your place!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

The blue palm was the perfect spot for our little family of four. 1 minute walk to the beach which was perfect with small kids. We almost always had the pool to ourselves and the beach was never overcrowded. Morgan was wonderful at answering all my questions and the condo was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. We would 100% stay here again.

We just got home from our stay at blue tide 5A and keep saying what an amazing vacation it was. The place was right on the water and the views were so amazing. We honestly barely left the condo/beach cause of how private and peaceful it was. It was the perfect first family vacation for my husband and I and our 6 month old daughter. We hope to visit again soon!

Awesome location. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Home was beautiful and extremely clean! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

Thank you for a great stay at your lovely condo! It was the perfect place for my solo getaway with my pups! Loved the privacy and private beach access across the street. Perfect location. Bed was super comfortable too! Very clean and had all of the amenities. Highly recommend to others and hope to stay again in my next trip!

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

El lugar estaba perfecto nos encantó, su aseo todo en funcionamiento y muy nuevo. Muy cerca de la playa caminando, muchos espacios verdes piscinas limpias. El apartamento es muy acogedor, se evidencia cuidado y estética en su remodelación. Muy recomendado.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

This condo is not only beautiful, it’s comfortable and perfectly located. The owner is easily contacted and always replies quickly. We loved everything and would stay again!

i cant say enough good things about this space, can i move in? we loved staying here. walking distance to coffee, food, and the beach! we didnt use the pool but it was very close to the room. everything ab the space was aesthetically pleasing and we would love to stay here again sometime.

An easy spot with easy access to both Alys and Rosemary beach. We rented bikes and rode around everywhere which was perfect. Beach access was a bit crowded but think that just comes with the area! We really enjoyed our stay.

Florin was responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was very easy, the unit was beautiful, and the location was perfect for being close to everything we needed!

Kathryn is so kind and responsive! Her place is beautiful, very clean, and in a great area. We loved it! You are so close to many great restaurants and shops. A quick ride or decent walk to it all! We loved checking out all the local coffee shops in the area and being able to walk just a few steps to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are…fun..with a beach wagon haha, but not unmanageable. The beach and area around is quiet and very family friendly! We will be back for sure!

We loved staying at Rebekah’s Airbnb for a little ladies getaway. The place was cozy and clean and beds were comfortable. We felt safe and there was so much to do within walking distance. Would definitely book again!
