The place is in a wonderful location and absolutely lovely. White walls make it so spacious and enjoyable

Dawn’s place is so beautiful, charming, and clean! We planned a last minute staycation for Father’s Day and we could not get over how cute the home was. There was so much thoughtful attention to detail! It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos, lots of natural light, all of the amenities you could need, and the space just has so much character. While we really wanted to stay on the beach, it was close enough, and because it was such a beautiful space we were more than happy we chose to stay there and will definitely stay again! I loved the open kitchen/living space. It was perfect for cooking, listening to music, playing card games, and enjoying family time. Overall, everything was wonderful and Dawn is a great host. The only thing that should be noted, and this is nothing to do with Dawn’s place, there is a rooster in the back neighbors yard that crows non-stop! Be prepared to play some white noise or wear earplugs to drown it out if you’re a light sleeper!

Everything was perfect for a my short fishing get away. Plenty of space, a beautiful back yard, and a nostalgic vibe just right for good old fishing and barbecue.

We had the best time and definitely will be back. The location was perfect, both the house as far as the views go and also location to town and stores/shops. The downstairs hang out area with gaming area was definitely a hit with our kids, perfect for afternoons after we hit the beach in the morning. The calm, sleek and comfortable aesthetics of the home were ideal, and loved the bunk room. The host truly thought of everything , there wasn’t one thing we needed or missing.

Great and comfortable home. Outstanding use of space and sleeping arrangements. Close to local attractions and places to eat. We will be staying at this home again in the future. Plus the host was extremely responsive and helpful!

Liset's place was wonderful, clean, and had great air conditioning during a hot stay! I also enjoyed the privacy we had with a gate and a carport to keep the car out of the sun! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice home!

Great place to stay! The house was clean and inviting. The host was thoughtful and provided extra trash cans, cleaning supplies, etc to accommodate pets. The backyard is completely fenced in for pets as well. Also, the host was very responsive to any questions had.

Great location and the host was extremely helpful with any items we required. The location is perfect if you want to be in Downtown Houston. Great apartment and the building has very nice ammenities. I would recommend this apartment to friends that are visiting Houston as well...

Lydia was a fantastic host. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It’s located in a luxury gated complex that felt very safe, and the community was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. We had a great stay and would absolutely book again!

The place is nice. We couldn’t figure out the LED lights, but that wasn’t important. Unsure of where the dedicated workspace was, but made do with no problems.

Had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! Host's have gone the extra mile to make things super comfortable & convenient. Communication was great & they are extremely thoughtful in every way. Had everything I needed & then some - extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee creamer, a luggage rack, etc. Very clean & well stocked. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I was able to park in front of their house with no issues. This is close to Texas Medical Center & MD Anderson - an easy, quick drive from the house. This host does an excellent job. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

We needed a last minute place to stay. We were dealing with another ARBNB issue with a broken AC and not what we expected with the location and Wesam was so quick to respond and accommodate us. The apartment was very comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for being a great host.

Briona was very responsive of all requests and inquiries I made throughout my stay, and was timely in helping me get better situated!

We stayed for 3 nights at Tien’s place for a rather stressful 2 days of pre-op procedures and appts. at MD Anderson. We couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day. The apartment was clean, bright, peaceful , in a beautiful building with great amenities. Within walking distance to MD Anderson with grocery store not far away… The parking garage is a little tricky, but secure … and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions. It may be an issue for anyone with knee or hip issues. The shower is a tub/ shower combo. Nice deep tub great for soaking but the sides are high so you need to step up and over. Would definitely stay again…Also VERY comfortable king size bed!

Very Peaceful & Quiet.. My Family Loved The Treehouse .. Very Organized & Clean .. Clean Bathroom, Ac/Heater Worked Great.. Tv’s Have Netflix/Paramount + , WiFi etc… It’s A Nice Lil Place To Relax .. Big Front Porch , Lots Of Natural Light Coming In From The Front Doors… Love The Barn Doors Throughout The Inside Of The House.. Definitely Returning It’s A 10/10

We have been to many Airbnb’s all over the country and this one sit out more than any we’ve ever been to. Everything is as you’ve seen the picture except it was only better. Lush greenery, beautiful flowers. The chickens added a nice touch to it as well. We absolutely loved our stay with Tanya and her husband, they were so gracious, and the breakfast they served was five star along with the mimosas. The bed was so comfortable it just swallowed you and hugged you. I just felt like I could not even wake up. It was great.. cannot wait to come back and stay. I think next time we will stay longer.

We had an awesome experience at this airbnb. Everyone was warm and friendly, and made us feel so safe. The music and vibes were great, if you're feeling social or shy you have the space to do so, Everyone is welcoming and super sweet. The jacuzzi and heated pool are SUPER relaxing! Definitely will return. Hosts are awesome and down to earth people!

Loved our stay, very relaxing, the house had everything we needed and more. Corey and Whitney were wonderful at communicating, and answering any questions we had about the house, location was perfect for us, we could walk to or from the beach in 10 min, or less. the fenced in yard was also great for us, we loved our fur babies, being safe and able to run in the yard, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay the only problem we had was 3 days was not long enough, we plan on booking again, hopefully for a few extra days next time, thanks for making our stay great...We will be back...

absolutely loved the spot, the pond was a really nice feature, and it was super peaceful, being a country boy from Oklahoma, in Houston on business, I really didn't expect to find a place with such a peaceful country vibe in the big city, but here it is, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to escape the city and relax by the pond after work.

Very beautiful home, walkable distance to the beach. The house was stocked with plenty of toiletries and utensils. Our only complaints would be some things in the house didn’t work like wifi, outdoor lights, and two of the TVs in the kids room but overall stay was very good. We had a very good time in the hot tub and enjoying our time outside.

If you are looking for a beautifully decorated spacious beachfront home with beach views and within a short walking distance to the beach to stay for your vacation and a friendly host, this home will meet all your needs! The charm of the beach home was spot on for children! They loved the pictures on the walls! We took 3 of our children and 9 grandchildren there and everyone LOVED the home and felt right at home the minute we walked in! Our host was VERY friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable being in her home! You couldn't ask for a friendlier host! We would all LOVE to go back to her home and when leaving, the oldest granddaughter said, "goodbye beautiful home, we will miss you." This home was spectacular as was our host! You will love it!
