Le logement de Alessio est parfait vous avez de tout et plus et on pense que c'est trop loin de Rome mais non détrompez-vous on as passé 4 jours dans se logement et le trajet pour aller a Rome est tres facile on fait un trajet de 15 a 20 minutes en auto jusqu'à un stationnement qui coute 1,50e par jours et on prend le métro pour Rome pour un autre 10 minutes super simple et facile. Je recommande se logement bon prix et parfait. Merci Alessio pour le bon service.

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! La casa di Massimo è in una posizione incantevole, una vista spettacolare sul lago, in una zona tranquillissima. Abbiamo apprezzato il giardino recintato, soprattutto la nostra cagnolona! Massimo è attento è sempre molto veloce nelle risposte! Ci ha dato preziosi consigli per i locali dove mangiare e ha fornito tutto il materiale per cosa vedere nei dintorni. Peccato aver avuto a disposizione solo un paio di giorni.

This was the best place we stayed in, in our trip to Italy. Marco, Erika and Gerry are amazing hosts! We enjoyed a lot the house, with its incredible view and amenities. Great recommendations around and very peaceful surroundings. Is really a great choice! My family and I loved it :)

Vi consiglio di andare alla tana se volete fare un'esperienza immersiva nel mondo di hogwarts, posto davvero incantevole e Arianna è super disponibile.

Erg fijn huis bestaande uit twee appartementen, wat erg handig is als je met meerdere gezelschappen bent. Het was schoon en opgeruimd en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zoals ook omschreven. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en veel tips van wat er in de omgeving allemaal te doen is. Zoveel zelfs dat we nog eens terug moeten. De ligging is landelijk, maar je bent ook zo met de auto in het dorp. Is je auto laag, rijdt dan wel rustig, het is net als overal in Italië af en toe wat hobbelig en om de gaten heen rijden. ‘s Avonds is het dorp mooi verlicht, net als de tuin. Het enige wat er niet echt is, is een overdekte ruimte buiten als het regent maar je nog wel buiten kunt zitten, we hebben het helaas nodig gehad. Ik zou zeker deze accommodatie aanraden als je een rustige locatie zoekt op nog geen 40 minuten rijden van Rome centrum. (Dankzij de goede tip!)

Sehr stylisches Haus, komplett im 70er Jahre Stil. Sehr viele liebevolle Details, jeder der auf Architektur und Design steht wird das Haus lieben. Es ist gut erhalten, aber natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings auf eine sehr charmante Art und Weise. Es hat sich angefühlt wie Urlaub bei den Großeltern! Das Haus hat alles um sich auch an regnerischen Tagen einen bequemen Tag zu machen. Marta und Marilena haben immer schnell reagiert und uns gut empfangen. Schön auch, der große Garten für alle die mit Hund unterwegs sind!

Affittata per i "100 giorni alla maturità" per passare un po' di tempo assieme, non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. Casa spettacolare, tanti spazi comuni dove passare tempo insieme e divertirsi, proprietari gentili e cordiali... se dovessero verificarsi altre evenienze di questo tipo non esiterei a tornare con altri amici. Sicuramente perfetta anche per stare in compagnia di una grande famiglia. Di seguito foto della bella permanenza❤️

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at Livia’s Casale for a week. It was an incredibly peaceful home with everything you could imagine for a wholesome family/friend holiday. We were a but unlucky that there were many mosquitoes, but they provided ys with some incense that repelled them. I would however advice to bring your own body repellent if you go in a warm season!! Would recommend 10/10!!!

Fransca nous a reçu dans sa belle maison pleine de charme, un cadre magnifique au milieu des oliviers et la piscine qui a fait la joie des petits et des grands.

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Una location veramente speciale a pochi km da Roma. Il casale e tutto il parco circostante è tenuto egregiamente dai proprietari. Questo a dimostrazione di quanto siano orgogliosi di condovidere un luogo autentico tramandato da generazioni. Non vediamo l'ora di poter tornare!

Spoleto and the surrounding cities are absolutely spectacular, ranking among the finest destinations in Italy. Giardino di Tosca was the ideal setting for our family reunion during Christmas vacations. I must note how clean the place was, this level of hygiene was a rare find and greatly appreciated. The careful attention given to every aspect of the property truly enhanced its charm

Elisabetta's place is absolutely gorgeous. It's a stunning house with plenty of space for a large family or friendship group, and Elisabetta is a friendly, kind and helpful host! Beautiful location on a hill surrounded by olive groves and with views across the countryside. The pool is a fabulous bonus, clean and perfectly situated with quality loungers. The 5 main bedrooms are well sized - 2 have comfortable double beds, one in particular is lovely with a 4 poster and mosquito nets. 3 have two twins which can be pushed together, all v comfortable. There are also a number of extra beds on mezzanine floors which are great for kids. Rooms have ensuite bathrooms which are all spotless and well-equipped with good showers. The kitchen is large with good amenities, there's a great dining area too, and everything is decorated in a simple, tasteful, authentic style. It's perfect for a comfortable base to visit Umbria from and is only 15 mins from Spoleto. Absolutely recommended, we had a brilliant time, and the eco-friendly aspect is really great too! Das Airbnb war sehr schön, ruhig, gut aufgeräumt und in einer wundervollen Gegend! Der Besitzer, Mattia, hat uns immer weitergeholfen, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben und hat die Unterkunft immer mit Herzen gepflegt! Mattia konnte uns oft zum Einkaufen oder sonst wohin fahren, was sehr lieb war! Norma und Mattia waren immer super gut erreichbar, was es uns vereinfachte. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt🤩🌞

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

We hebben 9 dagen in Carla’s geweldige woning en prachtige omgeving doorgebracht. De woning is volledig uitgerust en alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De locatie van het huis is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei en de omliggende bergen. Het zwembad was schoon en netjes, en voldeed perfect aan onze wensen. Carla was altijd bereikbaar via telefoon en Airbnb-berichten voor eventuele vragen. Via deze weg wil ik Carla bedanken voor deze onvergetelijke vakantie en de fijne communicatie. Dank je wel, Carla 🙏

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

Als je een heel fijn, privé gelegen, met een groot zwembad, goed voorzien van equipment, 3 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers, woning zoekt, dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Je hoort de vogels de hele dag fluiten, je kan lekker in de tuin van de natuur genieten, op korte afstanden van prachtige natuur, wandelingen, maar ook steden (o.a. Rome, Tivoli, Rieti) etc. dan zit je hier goed. Een nadeel; als je eenmaal hier bent wil je niet meer weg :-)

We stayed for a week in Umbria with my extended family including small children and was perfect. The facilities including the pool was fantastic, the villa was secluded and quiet. It was very close to Spoleto so we took a few trips there and also to Assisi and other places. Finally the housekeeper Fabrizio was wonderful, and very attentive. We had some issues with having brought the wrong multi-plugs and he provided new ones to us within a few hours! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, with friends or family. We will definitely look to go back!

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.
