Paola’s place was wonderful. We felt safe and secure within the building and the surrounding area. Centrally located to everything in the center of Palermo. The rooftop was simply amazing. We used it in the mornings, afternoon and evenings. The apartment is filled with natural light and views. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were of good quality and there was plenty of storage space. Piazza Belini had a lot to offer. 3 churches, the church bakery and music most nights. I highly recommend it. The best rooftop terrace in Palermo. Thank you Paola.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning apartment in Palermo. The interiors are beautifully decorated with classic Italian elegance—ornate ceilings, antique furniture, and artistic touches everywhere you look. The grand piano and harp were unique additions that made the space feel truly special. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and charm, with plenty of natural light and tasteful details. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Palermo in a refined and atmospheric setting.

The first impression is that the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and equipped with every little thing you might need for a short stay. It is located just a few hundred meters from numerous bus lines that go to the city center, the train station, or to Mondello. Fabio is also a very kind host. The only thing some people might see as a downside is that it is on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator; however, as a reward, you get a distant view of the sea. Personally, I would choose Fabio’s apartment again without hesitation if I were to return to Palermo.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt dort, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und top ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft liegt auch sehr gut und man hat genug kostenlose Park Möglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Die Gegend ist super schön mit sehr vielen facetten, ob Strand Tag oder aktiv Urlaub. Gerne wieder

Enzo ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat uns direkt wohlfühlen lassen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist in der Lage unschlagbar, hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Außerdem ist sie gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Enzo nur weiterempfehlen!

It would be hard to imagine a better location on Favignana. There is a beach right out front with great snorkeling and beautiful stone structures. The most amazing beach on the island is right around the corner and the main square is a 5 minute ride away. If I could have one vacation spot for the rest of my life it would be Maria’s beachside stone cottage. Her home is a true gem full of charm and a personal touch that is obviously full of love and care for the place and it’s surroundings. The sound of the sea at night and the breeze floating in over you while you sleep is so refreshing and the views from the veranda were spectacular. I am so grateful for our time there. We will be back soon and as often as possible.

Zeer prettige vakantiewoning met vriendelijke gastheer- en vrouw. De woning heeft mooi uitzicht over de bergen, een buitenterras met veel groen, en ligt in een rustige omgeving. Verder is er van alles makkelijk bereikbaar en zijn er een hoop goede restaurants op korte afstand in Alcamo en omstreken. We hebben veel lol gehad met een drietal wilde(?) katten die op bezoek kwamen.

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement de Fara afin d'être près de l'aéroport pour notre vol de retour matinal. L'appartement est super ; spacieuse et très propre, nous avons bien dormi, la literie était de bonne qualité. Nous avions la voiture de location à rendre à l'aéroport, et grâce à Fara, nous avons pu le faire la veille au soir, elle propose un service navette à un prix très abordable, elle est venue nous chercher et nous a déposés à l'aéroport le lendemain matin. Le soir nous avons pu aller manger à pied, juste à côté il y a un large choix d'e restaurants. Une bonne dresse à retenir !!!

Geräumige Wohnung über 2 Stöcke, Terrasse mit Bergblick u. Meeresblick, gute Lage für Unternehmungen, sauber, ruhig, gute Küchenausstattung, Grillmöglichkeit im Garten.

Ein Juwel von Häuschen mit unglaublicher Aussicht und Lage in einem Ort mit viel Charme! Die Unterkunft ist klein, schnuckelig, zweckmässig und total toll für 4 Leute. Scopello ist fussläufig in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar, dort 2 Bars, > 5 Restaurants (Mitte April), etc. Zum Strand (diverse kleinere & grössere Buchten) wahlweise zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto. Easy Parking - im April (noch) kostenlos, im Sommer 8-10€ pro Auto pro Tag. Das Meer azurblau, Strand aus Kieseln/ Steinen - kein Sand. Toll! Antonio antwortet immer rasch und hat uns gleich zu Beginn einen Haufen toller & hilfreicher Infos zum Ort, zu Restaurants und Dingen, die man unternehmen kann, zukommen lassen. Den Nationalpark Zingaro sollte man UNBEDINGT erwandern - ein Traum! Wasser und Essen mitnehmen - da gibt´s nix (außer am Eingang des Parks). Eintritt 5€/ Person - ist es allemal wert...Im April blüht die Landschaft überall, wirklich besonders. Ansonsten haben wir Palermo geliebt, ca. 1h entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Giuseppe und Valentina were very nice Hosts who immediately answered to all our needs, but also left us in privacy. The apartment is a great and spacious place. It took a while until the rooms were warm enough, but the wood pellet stove and heating via aircon was great. Due to the fact that it is an old building and maybe damp during winter there are some mound signs on the walls. Everything else was great and Siciliy in November was a great treat for us!

appartement très bien situé,à 5 min à pied de la gare. à proximité de toutes les choses à voir à pied,les restaurants et bars . pour faire ses courses,il y a un Lidl à 5 min,sinon des magasins de dépannage au bas de l'immeuble. l'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur une rue très commerçante et vivante et enfin Eleonora est très accueillante et arrangeante au niveau des horaires d'arrivée( 21h30 passée pour ma part)

Prima Unterkunft, toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig in der Nacht. Die Dachterrasse ist ein tolles Highlight.

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

Beautiful apartment as in the photos. Amazing artwork lovely kitchen and spectacular views from all rooms. Guido helped us by facilitating an early checkin which was great. Excellent response time every time we messaged. Bathrooms a bit dated but otherwise all food. Great few days in Palermo.

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

The place is superbly located, in the heart of downtown Palermo, at one end of the Mercato del Capo. Walking distance to all the major attractions of the city. Massimiliano is a great host - super friendly, detail oriented, very helpful: he met us at the parking spot where we left our car (due to the street closing of the Mercato you cannot drive there and have to walk a couple of blocks to get to the place) and helped us with our luggage to his place. As we walked he told us about the city, and when we reached his place he walked us through a map with the major highlights of the city and his personal favorite restaurants and bars. His place is cozy, super clean and decorated very tastefully. It has all you need, but we did not cook at all since the area (and the city as a whole!) is beaming with places to have a cocktail, eat and snack. I would totally recommend the place, with the advice if you have some kind of disability that you have to climb three stories of steps to reach it

I think Massimiliano and his son Guiseppe were amazing hosts for my stay in Palermo, they were so helpful with check in, even gave us alcohol and food on arrival. He also stocked shampoo/shower gel and other useful things you may have forgotten. The space was exactly as described and a walking distance to everything! I could not have asked for a better host, I would recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Palermo! 5 Stars!🌟

Wir haben eine Woche in dem tollen Apartment verbracht. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung aber dies war kein Problem. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand, Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants -alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hinterhof mit Orangen und Zitronenbäumen ist ein Traum, wir haben jeden Morgen frischen Orangensaft genossen. Wenn wir etwas „bemängeln“ würden dann, dass es etwas wenig Ablagemögkichkeiten gibt und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (für uns) etwas zu hart war. Alles in allem sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und planen schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort.
