Very nice place with a great terrace. Quiet and calm neighborhood next to a nice a beach. Chiara is friendly and helpful and everything works well at the house.

Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning, we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house, there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

We had a great time staying at Antonio and his family's place! Unfortunately, our outbound flight was delayed for 3 hours and Antonio checked in with us at 2 o'clock at night and was more than friendly. The place is very well maintained, there was even water, everything for an Italian breakfast and pasta for cooking. The garden area is well maintained and the pool very pleasant. It is definitely recommended to have a car, then the beautiful old town of Syracuse can be reached in about 15 minutes and you are on the very beautiful beach in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend the place in Arenella!

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

Perfect cottage, clean and tidy. We communicated with Stefano that he was always super helpful. Very close to the center and the sea. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

LOVED THIS PLACE! We have stayed many places on airbnb this was our favorite. Beautiful location, everything was great and the hosts were awesome. Well equiped kitchen. Not one complaint and we hope to make it back soon.

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Alessandro’s house with the beautiful garden and amazing views… our 4year old son loved the pool, the playground and- after some time- the big dog ;-) we would love to come back to this great host

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and refurbished space. What about the view! A happiness. very peaceful residence this season. the pool was open and pool towels were even provided. Ketty who welcomed us was very friendly and responsive. we recommend.

As I said, as soon as I entered the building, the photos don't do it justice! The view from the exclusive terrace is unforgettable, the context outside the standard municipalities, Etna on one side and the colors of the sea on the other, not to mention the unspoiled nature! The condominium pool has its own years but it looks like it! Finally, Salvo's hospitality was impeccable, a true perfectionist, but what left me astonished was the welcome of the locals. The house was super clean and stocked with everything (even more) than necessary.

We had a wonderful stay at Paola's villa! The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The outdoor spaces were fantastic – there was a very large, lovely pool that made for relaxing afternoons, as well as great areas for dining and lounging outside. It was the perfect setup for spending time with family and friends. Do note that you’ll need a car, as services aren’t very close by, but this also adds to the sense of tranquility. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Super communication with Paolo. Although we did not find the accommodation so quickly, Paolo picked us up personally and accompanied us to the accommodation. Super clean! Very quiet and great view of the sea and Mount Etna. We visited Catania and Syracuse and were happy to return to our quiet accommodation in the evening. Unfortunately, the time passed too quickly.

Sebastiano was friendly and responded to us quickly with questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great week in Tiziana’s place. Beautiful apartment in lovely little town. Lots of great restaurants. Great view from fabulous big balcony. Would definitely recommend apartment. Only negative was we had no WiFi for the week. There was a problem in the area and wasn’t rectified in the week

Modern and well-equipped house right next to the beach. Very friendly and proactive service.

A beautiful oasis of peace in nature, a stone's throw from the nature reserve and about a 10-minute walk from the sea. The small apartment has everything you need, even for cooking. The apartment is located at the end of a dirt road and you need a car to reach places in the region. Serafina was a helpful host, she helped us find what we needed and gave us very useful directions to explore the nature reserve and the Noto region.

A truly convenient location, you can forget about the car and experience the town with its beaches, whether for a few days, or if you have more time, from three days onwards, to visit the area. A few kilometers away you will find every good thing. Beaches, nature, cities and of course eating, all nearby or very close. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. For two adults, maximum three. You have to get used to the spiral staircase, which joins the three levels. A breathtaking view of the sunrise from the bedroom window! Agostina, very helpful and quick to respond. Always ready to advise and help. We'll be back. (There were two of us, for 8 days).

Very clean, newly remodeled, tastefully decorated space. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked and grill ourselves in the evening. We particularly liked the seating area with the barbecue, the garden with the blooming shrubs and of course the location close to the sea with the subtle sound of the sea. It also has an owl that sings in the evening. The owners are very nice. Only downside: The nearest supermarket or shop is 12 minutes away by car. The restaurants nearby were also all closed in early May.
