Loved our stay here! It was perfect for our celebration! We had a relaxing time and enjoyed a sunrise in the hot tub, feeding the hummingbirds, walking around the area, a cozy campfire, playing lots of games and cooking in their beautiful kitchen. They had everything we needed and more! Great host and great location! Would love to come back again someday!

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend with our three adult children and their other halves (ages 23 to 27). They loved the bunkroom, especially since they dont get to see each other very often. 30 minute drive from Maple Canyon for some great rock climbing. The kitchen was very well equiped, lots of games and movies and the hot tub hit the spot after a chilly day of climbing. We really enjoyed the fire pit and corn hole too. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Such a beautiful place for our wedding and family gathering! The grounds are immaculate and the pine trees smelled lovely. The back porch was a favorite hang-out throughout the day. The furnishings and decor was so charming!! The large, well-equipped kitchen - with large frig and freezer - was great! We cooked/grilled all meals there and didn't need (or want) to go out. There was so much for the kids (and grownups) to stay entertained inside and outside! We are from Florida and reserved ARL site-unseen. We were so happy with our choice - we wished we could have stayed longer! We went to many cool places within a 2 hour drive which is also why the location of ARL worked very well. Thank you Merilee and Marty for an unforgettable vacation!! (My daughter said she wants to get married at ARL too one day lol)

We booked this place while in town for a cabling job and used it to host a few of our coworkers during the project. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a productive and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive—quick to answer questions, and made check-in a breeze. Our original plans fell through last minute, and the host was quick to accommodate us and get the house ready on less than a day's notice, which was much appreciated. It was the perfect home base, and we’d book again if we’re back in the area!

I spent one night at Mark's place while on a maple canyon climbing trip. While I never got the chance to meet Mark in person, the instructions he left for checking in/out were very clear and his place was very easy to find. While the cabin was definitely old, it was extremely well maintained. The kitchen was in great condition and the window AC in the unit had no problem cooling the cabin down at night. Overall I really enjoyed the night I spent at Mark's place and would recommend it to anyone that needs a place to stay for a few nights in Ephraim.

If you’re looking for a great mountain retreat but still have the comforts of home like a kitchen, hot shower and wifi then this is the place! It is off grid, but with the solar and generator plus wifi it feels like it’s not. Also, the outdoor area to spend time in is wonderful! Quiet and peaceful with clean mountain air!

Laraine and her husband were world class hosts. Their property is absolutely stunning and very clearly well loved by their family. I already miss staying there.

The park is clean and beautiful as always. The cabin was cozy and was just as I expected.

We had an unforgettable stay at this Pioneer Cabin in Spring City! Paul and Debbie were the most gracious hosts—so friendly and welcoming, and they truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. The property itself is incredible—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Our kids absolutely loved playing on the pickleball courts, and we all enjoyed the fresh spring water—it’s such a unique and refreshing touch! The cabin is rustic in the best way, and it’s amazing to see how it’s been thoughtfully restored from actual pioneer times while still offering comfort and warmth. We’re already talking about our next trip back. This place is a gem!

The Larson’s were welcoming and kind and the ranch had all we were hoping for and more: quiet, fishing nearby, animals and a fun place to explore. We loved the cowboy setting, it made us want to live in Ephriam. We want to come back in the summer when they train the bulls, and help out on the farm. Thank you, it feels like honest people with American values are less and less common, but we found that here. Would recommend 10/10 especially to people wanting to understand the authentic western way of life.

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was absolutely perfect for what our needs were. Just a safe and quiet place while we had a horse show in the valley for the area. Very happy and will return.

Such a beautiful, cozy cabin. The aesthetics are magic. We went on a walk and found a beautiful trail up the mountain. The fire stove was so fun! All of the cozy seating was perfect for late night conversations, games, and meals for all of the thirteen adults that stayed at the cabin. Our only recommendations would be: bring better pillows, a can opener, and more dishes/utensils. Such a memorable, lovely weekend.
