Clean air, and 20 acres to spread out and explore. Borders the National Forest!

The yard has a basketball hoop, swing set, slide for the kids, a picnic table on the patio, and large grass area for family fun. There is lots of parking. During the day enjoy Fairview Canyon and the Sanpete Valley.
