This is truly a Gem! With such relaxing creek sounds, and the unique, charming woodwork and rustic finishing touches inside and out. There is a short, easy trail to the creek, an alpine lake less than an hours hike away. The Clark Fork River Delta is just down the road, and Lake Pend Oreille is less than 8 miles away. The property is backed up to Kaniksu National Forest and the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness area. Glacier National Park is a 3 1/2 hour drive East. Love Nature? This is it.

Cozy, Clean Home 2 Blocks to Downtown!

This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

This is the perfect rental house for a private getaway, while still close to Sandpoint. Hot tub. Huge lawn. Great location for family gatherings. 2 separate units, both with full kitchens and washer and dryer. Amazing views of Schweitzer and the Selkirk Mountain Range. A large, new Deck overlooking the huge views. New carpet in all bedrooms as of December 2021. Hard floors throughout the rest of the house. Spacious, functional kitchen. BBQ. Enjoy privacy in this spacious lodge in the woods nestled on a 6 acre parcel. Guests will enjoy the comforts of home within a rustic setting among the pines. 15 minute drive to Sandpoint, and 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort.
