New apartment with a wonderful view of the countryside. Nice terrace. Completely quiet location and still only 15 minutes by subway to the center of Vienna. A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. Nice clean room with hot shower and toilet. For private use. In the garden there is a garden shed that is a summer kitchen. Fully equipped. Garden / courtyard can be used. In summer, it is very nice to spend the evening outside. Only 3 minutes to the train station and only 3 stops to Vienna Central Station. A bus station to Schwechat in front of the house. Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.
