Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Schwaz District

We have been coming to Tyrol for many years and Cristina's place was nicely located in a small town/village with a beautiful view over the mountains. The house is simple yet very well organised, no clutter and easy to maintain. We walked the Wolfsklamm from the front door and arrived back at the front door, which is fantastic. It is a 20 min drive to Erlebnis Therme Fugen which is a nice place to visit with kids. Overall the house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood and it feels quite private. The terrace is also a bonus when it is sunny and we saw deers on the field opposite the house. You feel secluded but you are 5 min walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were there with the family over Pentecost and can only report good things. The pictures correspond to reality, or the kitchen has been completely modernized and renewed. Esther is really very friendly and ready to help if you have any questions. She is a very warm person who also has good tips in rainy weather. We can really recommend it, because the location is also great! (Completely surrounded by mountains, simply fantastic!)

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. My husband and I stayed for less than 2 weeks in July and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The hosts are very friendly and gave us the key upon arrival and showed and explained everything (e.g. TV, garbage separation,...). The apartment is large and cozy, clean and very well appointed. There were plenty of dishes and cutlery (not in many accommodations), a large fridge and even a dishwasher. The Italian coffee machine was also great, the capsules for it were also provided by the landlord. Two good restaurants are within walking distance (each 10 min away), everything else is very accessible by car in a short time. Shopping facilities such as Hofer and Spar (the spar in the neighboring village is even open on Sundays from 9 am to 2 pm). We spent the holidays versatile, were hiking, swimming (in the village of Stumm there is a great outdoor swimming pool), golfing (including a great place in Pertisau), on a city tour,...

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

the place with Robert was great. the reception was warm and very accurate. Everything was clean and tidy and within walking distance of the ski lift, even with ski boots on. If we are in Kaltenbach again, we will definitely come back.

Verena's place was great. Fantastic views of the valley, hiking trails and ski bus right outside the door. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Super equipped. We felt very comfortable with 3 people and a large dog.

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

Perfect location just 1 minute away from the bus stop up the the glacier, 2 supermarkets within a minutes walk as well as a nice pizzaria. 10 minutes walk to more restaurants. The apartment was very clean and roomy, and the host Anita was welcoming and responsive. We will definitely use this apartment again.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Many thanks to the hosts!

we had a nice week in the apartment. A stone's throw from the ski lift and skiing to the front door (with plenty of snow). The sofa bed is not optimal, the double bed sleeps very well. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view, cozy cottage!

Gerda's place is special. The apartment is well equipped and we loved especially the little farm she has. Our little girl enjoyed the place very much. the location is great as well and is easy to reach by car the attractions in the Valley. Thank you Gerda for being such a nice host!

The apartment was as described in the pictures, modern and sparkling clean. It was super quiet... you will only hear the birds chirping. The hosts can always be reached and very friendly. The bread roll service is recommended as the apartment does not have an oven to bake buns. Great is that the kids can use the play arena in the village. A great indoor playground with great caretakers. Ideal after skiing to the last workout. With children for skiing, it makes sense to rent a ski depot in the village so that the skis do not have to carry the steep mountain to the apartment daily. In the village, there is a parking lot with enough space for cars, but also quite far to walk with children in ski boots to the gondola. Unfortunately, the good dinner options are missing in the village, so you have to cook yourself or drive each by car. (Pizzaria on Platzl in terms of taste rather lower average unfortunately). Thumbs up in total :-)

We had a wonderful stay in Fügen. The house was comfortable, clean and very cozy. The host family was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to all local attractions. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at Johanna's. She is a wonderful host and her place feels homey and is nicely decorated and spacious.

Michael and Maria were the most wonderful hosts. Michael was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. his house is remote but is just perfect if you're wanting a nice quiet relaxing place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again. thank you for having us.
