Apartment is located on the village border. The house has all the comforts of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a lockable storage room for e.g. bicycles. A parking space in front of the car with 230 Volt for car charger is available in front of the house. Apartment is a perfect base for hiking or biking routes in the woods/fields, or head towards the Maasplassen. Cities like Roermond, Sittard or just cross the border towards Germany or Belgium can all be within a radius of 15 km.

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is possible at an additional charge.
