The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

The apartment is located directly in the city center. The host contacted us in advance. We arrived in the city a little earlier, and she left us the keys without any problems – the check-in was contactless, which was super convenient for us. A small disadvantage: The location on Google Maps is marked opposite the building. We were a little confused at first and needed a few minutes to find the right house. Follow the drum lessons and a dance studio - they are located on the ground floor of the building. There is a shortage of dishes in the kitchen. We were only in the apartment for a few hours, but for a longer stay it could be annoying. Nevertheless, these are only minor issues – overall, it is a great apartment in the center of Schweinfurt.

The apartment was really great. You come in and feel right at home, everything is super clean. Everything was thought of by Plasters, kitchen utensils, cosmetics, etc. Really furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Water, beer and a sparkling wine were ready on arrival and everything you need was available. For us, there is nothing to complain about. The area is quiet but surrounded by beautiful nature. We can only recommend Marcel's apartment, really great. Thank you for everything. Best regards, Benny & Jenny
