In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Unser schönes Tinyhouse befindet sich auf einem seperaten Gelände des Campingplatzes in Olpenitzdorf, etwa 50 m vom Schleiufer entfernt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen Grantweg und ist eine Sackgasse. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Von der Schlafebene aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Schlei und auf den Leuchtturm von Schleimünde. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Olpenitzresort oder in Kappeln.

My stay was great, everything worked out great and the communication was really great both before arrival and there! Check-in is straightforward via a key box, the room has everything you need and there is a private, super beautiful guest bathroom. As stated in the description, the room is right next to the kitchen, so if you want your peace and quiet and don't want to hear other people, you might be better off somewhere else. If that doesn't bother you, I can give you a very clear recommendation, I felt very comfortable and at home. Alex and Florian are super sweet and helpful 🩵 I rented a bike for the KiWo, and that was also very straightforward.

I felt very comfortable in this vacation home. Small extras like a bottle of mulled wine and a snack for my dog were a nice surprise. The house was very clean, modern and well maintained. The beautiful ocean views were perfect. I'd love to come back.

We were really very satisfied and felt comfortable. The apartment is modern and stylish. It has everything you need and was well maintained and clean. The location is great, as you can really look directly at the water and the beach is almost at the front door.

Great apartment with breathtaking sea views, high-quality amenities including sharp knives :-) and Sauna. Very clean! Beach walks possible directly from the front door. We were very pleased. Best communication with host! In the summer, we personally introduce ourselves to the nudist beach right outside the door. In winter - especially with a dog - a real dream!
