Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

The bright, friendly apartment is included Balcony approx. 40 sqm, 1st floor, 1 living room with open kitchen-dining area, 1 bedrooms, shower/WC, south-facing balcony. A swimming pool and sauna are located in the complex. You can walk about 200 meters to the beach. The damage caused by the storm surge in the autumn of 2023 in the beach area has been eliminated. I offer a cozily furnished apartment for 1-2 people, approx. 25 m² with living-bedroom (bed 140 × 200) kitchenette, walk-in shower. The first set of bed linen and towels up to 2 nights per person €12.50 is to be paid upon arrival at the check-in with the landlord. From the 3rd night, the bed linens are provided free of charge.
