Cozy townhouse with sea view

Bring the whole family to beautiful Ærø. Here is our cozy townhouse in the village of Bregninge. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed. One room has its own toilet, another has an alcove where you can sleep smaller children. The third room also has a cot.

This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Cozy, bright and classic holiday home with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and bathing bridge. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, undisturbed sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.

Super nice cottage with panoramic views to Vesterstrand and the beach houses. The house contains a nice large modern kitchen with dishwasher, a nice bright living room, a guest toilet and a bathroom with bathtub. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 1 person. The garden is with small nice nooks and crannies and there is a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 m to Beach and midtown.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Close to lovely bathing beach. Child-friendly beach with nice sandy bottom. The cottage has a lovely large plot with room for play and fun. Quiet and secluded location on corner plot at the end of the road. South-facing terrace facing green area. The house is insulated so it can be used all year round. Heating, electric radiator, air/air heat pump and wood-burning stove.
