Niels’s place is like a home away from home in all senses. He welcome us with treat for the kids and enough drinks for all (he went above and beyond). We were able to check in and check out very flexible. The apt has everything and more. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, enjoyable balcony with a quiet sitting area, squeaky clean bathroom and toilet. It’s very easy to get around by foot, with public transportation or with a car. Overall the apt had a high quality standard. The area around is beautiful to have a walk, with playgrounds for kids. I highly recommend Niels’s place and I’m pretty sure I will be coming back. Having experience with Airbnb over the world, this is one of the best places I ever been. Thank you Niel.

Rolf was a great host. There was also a wine cellar, and the garden was lovely. Unfortunately, I couldn't relax in the garden because it was a cold time of year, but it was a wonderful private space that made me want to come again next time when it's warm.

When you travel for a long time, you experience various types of accommodation, some of which are disappointing and unpleasant, and some of which are unexpected treasures. I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.

We had a wonderful stay in the feel-good oasis of Madeleine and Martin! The apartment is lovingly and individually furnished, super comfortable with cozy beds and a spacious living area. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and outdoor jacuzzi. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hobby room was an absolute highlight! Everything was very clean and maintained. A perfect place to relax and discover the surroundings. Highly recommend!
