The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Our old traditional Kiechlhof was built in the 14th century and has been constantly renovated and expanded. Forestry is operated on our farm. Our apartment "Stubaiblick" is 80 m² and offers a beautiful view of the Stubai Valley. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a combined kitchen/living room. Our apartment is great for a city trip to Innsbruck, as well as for a hiking/skiing vacation!

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
