Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

We stayed at this property with three technicians, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

It was very nice in the tiny house. The terrace is large enough for reading and sunbathing and very quiet - parasol and loungers were available. The hot pot was especially great! We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable with our dog from the first moment and after a short time the evenings in the Alpenglühn after the adventures of the day felt like home. Nicole and Klaus were fantastic hosts, very attentive, always just a message away, which made communication, for example, for ordering bread rolls for the next day, very easy and unproblematic. The apartment was exactly as described, the equipment was as good as new and everything was very clean. The highlight was the heated pool, the always warm whirlpool and the sauna, which you had to yourself after prior registration. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is in a very nice area. We were very pleased. Lisa was extremely nice. We had our big daughter with us who was not planned for the trip and Lisa was very fair about the additional payment. Highly recommended!

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Our 5d4n stay was very fulfilling. First of all, the location of the property i.e. nestled in the Austrian Alps, is just ideal for our itinerary including our day trip to German alpine. Next, the property itself is a hidden gem, sitting on an elevated ground, overseeing the town below with mountains as the backdrop, and with cows lingering on the green fields makes the view spectacular. And the house is lovely and clean. Host warm hospitality makes our stay even better and we enjoy the conversation with him. He is the best host we have ever met so far. Me, my wife and our daughter truly have a wonderful time here. We hope to also experience a snowy winter here in the future.

The stay at Valentin's was great. The apartment matched the pictures and it had everything you could want. Valentin was a very nice host and greeted us personally upon arrival. We would come back anytime:)

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

Beautiful modern apartment, nothing was missing! The view of the Attersee was decisive for me when booking!

We were two families with a toddler and felt very comfortable. I wanted to bake a birthday cake and asked Gertrude for a mixer and a scale. She was uncomplicated and very helpful, providing us with everything. The house has a huge terrace with wonderful surroundings. It is quiet and idyllic. New, very well-maintained bathrooms, great sauna, and the bedrooms are also in good order. Unfortunately, the Internet was bad and there were only three TV channels. None of this worked in the last bedroom. The kitchen is very spacious, with plenty of space inside and outside. But the kitchen is already very outdated and could do with an update. Overall, we felt super comfortable. And I can highly recommend this address.
