We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

The building is in the Kraiham area with beautiful countryside views. Salzburg is a 20-minute drive away, and it's a 60-90 minute drive to Hallstatt and Zell Am See. The building has multiple apartments. My family of 4 stayed in the Sonntagskind apartment for 3 nights. It is a new place, looks beautiful, with very artful design. There is 1 bedroom and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (on which two persons can sleep). All amenities one requires are present (though doing your laundry costs 35 EUR and the machine is not located within the apartment, so we chose not to use the service). One clarification: We had chosen the place for our family after reading "1.5 bathrooms" on the listing. The apartment had 1 bathroom (basin and bathtub/ shower; no WC) and 1 separate WC (with basin; no shower). Overall, lovely place.

I can't recommend highly enough. Such a stunning location within easy reach of all amenities yet totally peaceful. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and mesmerizing views. Refreshing pool with infrared sauna available from early till late. The hosts were really responsive, so friendly and easy to deal with. Loved the games room and the lovely walks directly from the property. Really close to so many beautiful hikes, Salzburg and many other cities are within easy reach. Mondsee Lake is stunning, enjoyed an early morning swim and found a wonderful spot (recommended by the hosts) to watch a magnificent sunset.

My family had a wonderful 3-night stay here. I would have stayed longer if our time allowed. The apartment home was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need (including espresso pods and even a small container of fresh milk for the morning!) Communication with the host is amazing and Doris is ready to help answer any questions you may have. We enjoyed walking to Old Town Salzburg on the numerous trails or quiet side streets, we also did a few activities in the mountains (Ice Caves, Salt Mines, etc). I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

This was an oasis of peace and functionality. It was the perfect place to have a home base and come back to after a day in the mountains. Extremely clean and well equipped, quiet and Eva was so accommodating and helpful! 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

If you want an authentic Austrian countryside experience while you travel, look no further. Great location in the countryside outside of Salzburg. Highly recommend if you do stay here to have your own personal vehicle as it’s a ways outside of town. So quaint and beautiful. Fritz was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of outlets throughout the house for all your devices to charge. Couches and beds were comfortable. Mix matched towels, cups and cutlery however everything had its own charm to it. The washing machine is smaller than we’re used to using although it did a great job washing our clothes. Nice big shower with plenty of water pressure. There is an overnight accommodation tax (tourist tax) imposed by Austria apart from the Airbnb fees. While we were there (June 2025), it was €2,50 per person, per night although the tax amount can fluctuate. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fritz’s place and would recommend it to others.

Amazing apartment! don't look any further. ,Everything is just perfect, and looks even better in reality than in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you can think about for cooking and dinning. The shower and bathroom, and in general all of the apartment was very clean. a lot of space, peaceful quit and beautiful surrounding, great lake and other hiking activities really close by. Sabine herself is a wonderful host, very lovely, considering and welcoming. We had a great time and wish to come back

Chalet Rosenstein is in a very serene and scenic location. The interior including the beds was cozy and comfortable. The playground was a nice addition for our grandchildren. It was one of the nicest Airbnb s we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Snezana-Mile is an amazing host who was very responsive to our questions (and there were many😊). The accommodation is in a village a short walk from Salzburg, in a nice modern house. It is in a quiet environment, very clean, comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to the classic amenities, we were delighted with the little things - coffee (and chocolate) capsules, tea, spices, and so on. The bathrooms didn't lack all the necessary toiletries. There was plenty of storage space in the rooms. Also, the fly screens in the windows were pleased. Our group of 8 was very welcoming and comfortable. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the center of Salzburg, Snezana-Mile has also equipped travel tickets. I definitely recommend staying in Au, we'd love to come back again. Snezana-Mile – thanks so much ♥

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed very much Barbara's stay. Upon arrival, Barbara was ready to welcome us. The apartment had exactly what we needed and the surroundings were beautiful! Certainly subject to repetition.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We were very pleased with our stay! The accommodation was perfect and left nothing to be desired. Petra was incredibly nice and friendly and gave us great tips for popular excursion destinations. The location was quiet and we had a breathtaking view of the Alps from our balcony.

Charming apartment whose excellent location in the countryside invites you to relax. The apartment is obviously a few years old, but it is functional in all respects and satisfactory for everyone. We felt right at home. Communication with F. was problem-free and always friendly. We'll be back.

This apartment was absolutely amazing, providing an excellent accommodation during our work trip. It was very warm inside and we did appreciate it especially after the whole day outside. The parking lot was right in front of the entrance and we've been able to squeeze our company van there. I am an extremely clean person in everyday life. I quickly feel uncomfortable if things are not tidy or are messy. Therefore, at this point, a very big compliment to the person who tidied up the accommodation in advance! Excellent work! There was enough space for the German shepherd who traveled with us. In addition, the apartment is located in a "walking-friendly" area due to the rural location. The residents of the village are very friendly to foreigners. You are greeted by everyone and help is offered if you - as we apparently do 😁 - stand around a bit lost in the landscape. We were happy to be guests in this house and will also be happy to come back if we need accommodation in this area again.

When we arrived at the place, we were impressed by the beautiful surrounding landscape. The check-in process is well described and was conquered on the first try. The apartment breathed a piece of home on us and was a great starting point for all-day hiking trips. The apartment has amazing views of the surrounding countryside and tops of the Alps, the sunrise here is captivating. We didn't want to leave. Thank you 😉👍
