Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light close by. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot in front of the house. No other guests bedding, towels, hair dryer is available. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Book closet with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio children up to 12 years old have 20% discount.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
